Asked for two different drinks to which they didn't have ingredients so ended up going someplace else

This location has a more limited menu and is part of a different food place, but I'm glad there's a Chatime in Edmonton. The bubble tea was good

Good service and the staff were on their toes, busy, busy, had a bit of a wait, just shows how busy they were.

- kumquat slush was super yum, love that option- minus star for having no tapioca bubbles (according to other reviews it's seems like they never do, and this is an integral step in bubble tea)- minus points for them being open til 8 but mall security telling me they legally couldn't let me in at 6 pm??- minus a point for the two orders ahead of me taking forever and one of them needing their whole order redone

Not the greatest service and the beverage was okay.

First time trying Bubble Tea. They helped me pick out something easy, but I was still able to customize it.Able to watch them make my Strawberry Milk Tea. Love the device that seals the drinks.However, even with the pointy end of the straw I wasn't able to pierce the top. Added some more strength and I managed to put the straw right through the top and side of the cup! Had left the mall and was at a park so it wasn't like I was nearby and could get another.From what I did taste, it was sweet and tasty. The lil jellies were nice, I'm just not used to chewing a drink. Reminds me of the 90s fail of Orbitz. But I will give them a second chance, just ask that they cut a small hole in the top for me.

Best food ever and great customer service. I know the owner and she's super polite. Treats her customer with respect. I love the fries from here but can't figure out how to order from here from doordash. Overall im very satisfied with these people...

I was standing In front of the register for like 20 minutes and no one even thought to come take my order and than when some other people lined up I had to go behind them just so they could realize I was ready to order. When it was time for me to order they told me that they didn’t have the kind of drink I wanted or any pearls. How are you running a boba shop with no pearls ?
