I have ordered butter chicken from the Tamarack location and it was the best butter chicken I have had in my life.

Today I ordered from this location and could not have been more disappointed. Barely even tasted like butter chicken. Just a bland tomato taste and no way the chicken was cooked on a charcoal grill. I will never order from there again and I also wonder if my experience with the tamarack location was a one off.

Don’t waste your money here. Instead order from the restaurant “Little India”. Amazing butter chicken and anything else every time.

I ordered skip the dishes and yall mixed my samosas with the butter chicken sauce so by the time it got to me it was a soggy mess. I’ve ordered food from here maybe 20-30 times and this has happened twice usually the sauce is separate from the samosas because that’s common sense…
So how is it okay to “sometimes” send out a soggy mess?

Dont recommend this place!
We ordered fish pakora that was loaded with too much oil, undercooked. The naans were very hard and thick, couldn’t imagine to eat, cant take bite really bad naans.

Chicken Briyani is taste less, butter chicken just sauggy sauce and naan not even close to naan. A thick uncooked floor dough.

This has to be one of the best Indian takeout restaurants in Edmonton. Their curries are so flavorful and they don’t skimp on meat or portion size. Love the butter chicken, tikka masala and lamb curry, which have a great smokey flavor from the tandoor ovens. Price is reasonable for the portion you get.

Only negative is that we asked for mild and it was still pretty spicy. I didn’t mind but it was too spicy for our kids. Look forward to going back.
