The chicken is cooked when your order (the wait was about 20 mins), so the food is always hot and delicious.
There is a good variety of sauces and seasonings to choose from, so you're sure to find something to suit your tastes. All the flavour options are good though (at least to me), so you can't go wrong.
Seating at the restaurant is pretty basic. It has everything you need to enjoy the fried chicken there (chairs and tables), but not much else. Definitely a place designed more for take out than dine in.

Love the boneless option. The flavours and texture are so good and consistent!
