The portions are amazing compared to all the other Chinese places I have ordered from. Their dinner for one is very filling, and I found myself unable to actually finish it on my own. This restaurant has good value and quality, and the waiter is very respectful and polite. The head chef is also a very friendly and talkative guy, who seems very excited to see someone enjoying his food. He actually went out of the kitchen and began a conversation with me out of nowhere! The service is the best I have had so far.Overall, this place is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone I know. China Marble is very underrated!

Ordered shrimp wonton soup, that was pretty decent but the dim sum not so much. I got deep fried shrimp dumplings which I love at other places. These ones were the worst I've had. Barely any filing and what was there was 95% egg and vegetables, almost no shrimp. The bean curd rolls were floppy and most of the little filling there was was noodles. I also got curry squid. There was barely any squid and although the texture and flavour was good, they came out cold.I can't speak to any of the main dishes but with what I did get, I probably will not come back.

Perfect lil spot for takeout or dine-in. The portions were great and the food was fresh and flavourful. The beef and pea pods in black bean sauce was a huge hit, and the ginger beef had fresh ginger!

Delicious freshly cooked food! I’d been wanting to try it for a while and it was so worth it. A gem! The chef even came out to chat and that was lovely. We loved the dim sum we chose and the spring rolls were some of the best I’ve ever eaten, with a special dipping sauce on the side. Absolutely recommend. We’ll return soon!

Great little hole in the wall. Food was prepared fresh and the egg plant with stuffed shrimp and tofu dish is my new favorite thing to eat in Chinatown. Holy heck is it good. The staff are super friendly and happy to have you and the ambiance is pretty neat.Parking is super easy as there's always tons of street parking.

We went to China Marble after swimming at the Commonwealth Rec Center as a family. The restaurant is very clean, Chinese opera was on TV. The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious! We all really liked the broccoli with beef where the broccoli is cooked just right and very fresh. The stir fried rice noodles was a big portion and delicious. The dim sum dishes were great too! We’ll be backParking: Parking is easy to find in China town.

This is a legit hole in the wall with soup noodles and dim sum. Their prices and portion sizing is far better than the south side Edmonton dim sum restaurants. It is a much more limited set of dim sum items, but the ones they do are at about $6 per dish for a good or decent portion size. It's not fancy. It is in the heart of Chinatown, so it is super sketchy and best to visit in broad daylight. If you are looking for soup noodles or fried noodles dishes, this is the place. Dishes around around $15 each - again, better prices and comparable or better portion sizes than on the south side of Edmonton.

China Marble occupies the space previously occupied by Pagolac in Chinatown. It is a Chinese restaurant featuring both traditional and Western dishes. I had a lunch special of beef brisket on rice. For around $13 I had a mountain of rice topped with tender, flavourful beef and a couple of pieces of tripe, which I tried for the first time. It was chewy with a more delicate flavour than the meat. Service was quick and attentive, and the place was clean, spacious, and bright. I'd like to go back and try some of my Western favourites.

We got to sample their Green Onion Cake, Spring Rolls and Pork Chop at a Chinatown event. The food did not disappoint! You can tell that everyone is handmade and fresh.

This restaurant is a treasure in Chinatown in YEG. Every dish we ordered was MOUTHWATERING. The peach shrimp, Singapore noodles and the hargow were all DELECTABLE. The service was prompt and kind. If you are looking for incredible Chinese food in the city, this place GUARANTEES a delicious and well priced experience!

I eat here once a week. The food is tasty and the staff always recognize me and take the time and sit down and chat. They also have inhouse frozen dim sum you can purchase from their freezer!
