Despite what some other reviews say, we think this hot pot spot is very good — and we’ve been to quite a few across the country, so we have a fair basis for comparison. The food here is fresh and the variety is excellent.

You’ll find a wide selection of meats (beef, lamb, pork), seafood options like surf clams, mussels, cod, and even homemade fish balls. There’s also a good assortment of vegetables and noodles, plus the standard sauce table so you can customize your flavors. Desserts are the typical ones you see at most hot pot places, which is always a nice way to end the meal.

The only real downside is the lack of privacy. The tables are placed very close together — within arm’s length of the next group — so it can feel a bit crowded. If that doesn’t bother you, though, everything else makes this a solid hot pot experience.

Fresh food, good variety, and consistent quality — overall, we recommend it.

They replaced the tasty little sausages with cut up hotdogs. This is just sad. Increase your prices if you need to, but I'm not paying to be served food barely fit for a child.

This hotpot place is so huge! They offer dinner buffet with so many choices of meat, veggies, cooked food and desserts ! Each of us can choose our own soup base and for meat you place order by the paper. It was very satisfying and we were so full ! Recommend to make reservation as it could get crowded on the weekend.

The staff here gossip and make rude comments about guests in chinese thinking no one can tell.

As a chinese person, i really like this restaurant, but a recent experience made me very upset when I overheard staff commenting on another party of guests in chinese on their looks, their children, and the dietary choices the group decided to order. I was shocked to hear how openly the staff belittled customers openly in the dining room, thinking that just by not speaking english, other people would not notice.

No one likes bulling, especially if it comes from a staff member at a restaurant people are paying to eat at. Train your staff better. I feel sorry for guests who don't even know they are being made fun of.

Best Hot pot in Edmonton service was great always busy great value for the buffet.

Ate here quite few times, and always love it. I have done the full buffet but really find the 5 items more than enough for me. Do review times and prices on the website. If you go between 2-4pm you dont need a reservation and will get seated fast. Any other time, highly suggest a reservation or be ok with waiting 1hr for a table.
Over all this place is awesome and you wont be disappointed!

Went to the buffet restaurant for the first time. The server explained everything to use and we then ordered our meats. They came out quickly before our hot pot was boiling. The meats were very fresh and so tasty. Will definitely be back.

it was a TERRIBLE experience!!!
The worst part? All three of us had diarrhea the very next day — a huge red flag for food safety.
On top of that, the service felt rushed. There’s a 2-hour dining limit. My friends and I were having a great conversation when a server rudely interrupted us to say we only had 10 minutes left — it felt like we were punching a time clock at work, not enjoying a meal.
Even worse, if you don’t finish all your food, they charge you extra! If there’s still food left in your hot pot, they will literally fish it out, weigh it, and fine you. Can you believe that?
In the end, the three of us were fined $25.
All I can say is, the owner’s business vision and intelligence must be in the negatives. Wishing them “great success” in the future.

We’ve been here too many times to count. It’s amazing. Great big location, great staff, food is quick, layout is functional and easy to go through. Will forever be my favourite hot pot in Edmonton!!
