Chinese Hot Pot Buffet ( 重慶火鍋 ）

We went there as 7 couples but why does the waitress will do the tip each of us to charge them. We know that we will tip them but why they are the one pressing the button how much should we tip them.! That's insane!

I didn't expect a Saturday night at 9pm to be busy but it was hopping! We had to wait about 25 mins for a table but once seated we got to eating. Our soup base came real quick!. The buffet options were great, we all left with happy tummies 🤗🤗🤗

Awesome place, very busy almost always, prepare to wait a little bit for seating, probably the biggest busiest hotpot in edmonton, very generous buffet and I highly recommend the herb and lamb soup base.

Got surprised by a 15% mandatory tip at the end of our visit. We even asked the lady in the front if there’s such a thing as a mandatory tip for a specific party of people and they shook their head. I was star struck by the huge tip added at the end of our visit, I had to pay for the family 😔😔might come back but I would recommend telling your customers about your tipping culture🙏🏽

Worst Customer service, Staff's are rude and forcing for the tip

Disappointed. First time here and it took 40 minutes to be seated. Once seated, nothing was explained to us. We ordered meat and when it was served we weren’t told what was what. Many items were empty at the buffet and the ready made foods were subpar (dry and unseasoned). Very disappointed for such an expensive meal. Much better to go to 97 hotpot. Will not be back again.

This place is ALWAYS busy! It helps to make reservations beforehand. Food is awesome, and a decent selection of hot pot ingredients! Dessert menu could be better but we don't come here for desserts. Eat all you can in 2 hours.

Great place in town for some hot pot!!! the restautant is big so its fairly easy to get a table even on a weekend. Food service is alright, but its chinese restaurant, so cant expect too much from here. Love the variety of soup base and food available at the buffet table! They also have many hot food/ready to eat choices to pick from. highly recommend!!!

Nice place, and the food is fresh. Its not a traditional buffet. You cook your own soup. We did find it a bit noisy and pricey. However, the selection and quantity ? are amazing. We also found the process a bit confusing at first, and we were challenged to find help with figuring out how to order. My recommendation is to order simple bone broth, try what you want on the buffet to add to your soup, and then after if you feel the need for more meat, order it from the menu. **There is a charge for wasted food. It's very easy to take too much, so try and pace yourself.

even though they were insanely busy over the long weekend, the owner came out to help us start our car twice in the cold! so kind and generous.

Amazing place. So many options. Delicious broths. Love going with friends & family.

The food is unstoppable, frozen/chilled seafood but tasty once you cooked into your chosen soup. Fresh vegetables, lots of choices. Dessert that you crave for. Make sure to call for reservations otherwise wait for the line up.
