Chinese Hot Pot Buffet ( 重慶火鍋 ）

Honestly, this hot pot hits different. The quality is unmatched—fresh, premium ingredients that show they respect the food. Service was incredibly warm, making us feel genuinely cared for. You know a place is elite when even the washrooms are pristine. A rare 5-star gem that feeds the soul, not just the stomach. Highly recommend!

Meat and broth. What more could you want?!? I really enjoy the experience, the fast service and thr ability to make my own sauce. And for some who like carbs there are spring rolls and a few other options as well. I have been here many times and I keep wanting to come back! One of the few places id drop money on to eat in 2025!

this is the best AYCE Chinese hotpot in the city for us, we tried a few and this place never lets us down, lots of choices of soups, vegetables, seafood, meats and deserts, the staff is fast and clears your plates very fast which we love, reasonably priced and great service, parking can be a little issue on weekends as it’s very busy so get there early if your planning for supper, weekdays isn’t too bad and price is a little cheaper then the weekend, located in a good spot where it’s easy to access, highly recommended of you never tried this place, located in the south side, on calgary trail before the white mud.

First impression last. Our very first to try this place. The server lady was cold, harsh tone, and unwelcoming attitude. Gave us a paper with pencils. She just showed us our table, no instructions, just no conversation. After filling out the order sheet. Still no one was there to help us. We had to find a server to give our order sheet. While a set of customers who is British people, were both warmly welcomed. Served promptly with water and hot tea instantly. While we were there 10 minutes ago. Food wasn’t good too.

I dislike this place a lot... I can't say that I hate it because the food was good but except for one waitress the staff was terrible...

Walked in and they handed me and my family a sheet of paper with selections which looks like any other hot pot selection sheet... but for 1 person... when I tried to ask for help all I got was a dismissive attitude... luckily in the end after waiting for some help... one otmf the waitresses saw how lost and frustrated we were getting and she came and helped us...

Food was good but $40 good for all you can eat... I dunno about that... the sauce bar was great though... so many choices... no egg in the sauces but I can live without it

Great food, great experience and a wonderful time.

This was my first hot pot experience and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and service was fast. The selection of items was vast and varied giving lots of options for people with preferences or aversions.
We did all you can eat and ordered 5 meats to start for 3 people. With the added vegetables, noodles, etc. we were all happily full.

Worst service. Booked in ahead for 6 people. We down sided to 5 as one cannot show up. Being tell that the table is not kept due to downsizing, and there is people waiting. I think that why people book for reservation, what a lame excuse.

Why did we all feel so tired we slept through the afternoon all 5 adults. Make it make sense. Friends had the same experience. Older lady server's remarks weren't friendly.
