Chipotle Mexican Grill

Soooo cheap there- always order double protein, but when you get it- it barely looks like a single order, multiple times this has happened. Have made numerous complaints- and nothing has changed, never purchasing from this location again.

This restaurant is incredibly disgusting. It’s never clean and the staff don’t seem to do the most basic tasks such as switching an overflowing garbage or keeping the countertops and floors clean.

The only thing I did t like that is different from my home in California, the avocado was frozen..... other than that it was delicious !!!!!

I got the carnitas burrito. Let me start by saying the charge you for any little extra. This was basically a 16 dollars ball of bland dried rice. Meat was also cold and dry with no flavor. Queso is flavorless like warm slop. Truly horrible.

Very unimpressed. When you are going through the line and they ask you if you want guacamole…. Remember it is a $3 up charge…. What the heck. You need to tell every customer this. I will not ever be returning. The food was mediocre at best.

They rushed our orders with no one else behind us in line to give them reason for doing so, tried to give us small amount of rice, beans, and most other toppings in which we would have to stop and tell them to give us more. This is our second time at this location with the same exact complaints. Food tastes great, horrible service.

Good BUT don’t know why staff starts cleaning and stop cooking 1 hours prior to closing time leaving customers with not many options to pick for protein, just leftovers.

I don’t do a lot of ratings, but this place… lemme tell you. I had the pleasure of ordering with Nandani and she was really nice to us, made us an amazing meal and honestly brightened our day. Thank you to the entire staff.

I wanted to try Chipotle out. Not really impressed, compared to similar options out there, BarBurrito, Quesada, MuchoBurrito etc.
At first glance:
All of the meat looked so dried out.
I was excited to see Beef Barbacoa as an option. But it looked like the beef had been sitting there for hours, far from fresh.
My other issue is that the rice and corn options are filled with cilantro, not everyone is a fan of cilantro. No big deal, is what it is.
Tasted OK, but sub par to the other chains out there.
I expected to feel terrible after eating it, and thats exactly how it ended up. Within about 15-20 minutes after eating.

I don't understand the hype. I love burrito’s first and foremost. I did not like it here. I had to go twice to give it a fair review. Never seen such a small portion of protein before and the amount of rice they put it is so much. Just not good at all. Giving a 2 star cause i will never go back.
