I wanted to try Chipotle out. Not really impressed, compared to similar options out there, BarBurrito, Quesada, MuchoBurrito etc.
At first glance:
All of the meat looked so dried out.
I was excited to see Beef Barbacoa as an option. But it looked like the beef had been sitting there for hours, far from fresh.
My other issue is that the rice and corn options are filled with cilantro, not everyone is a fan of cilantro. No big deal, is what it is.
Tasted OK, but sub par to the other chains out there.
I expected to feel terrible after eating it, and thats exactly how it ended up. Within about 15-20 minutes after eating.

I don't understand the hype. I love burrito’s first and foremost. I did not like it here. I had to go twice to give it a fair review. Never seen such a small portion of protein before and the amount of rice they put it is so much. Just not good at all. Giving a 2 star cause i will never go back.

Portions were ludicrous and so small it was preposterous
Also quality control is a little wild, me and my sister ordered the same burrito, with one coming out double the size compared to the other, but both were still quite small compared to others I’ve had
Gave me like 2 napkins, and if you’ve ever had chipotle before, you know they can be crazy messy
It’s worth the 20min extra drive to the south for a better chipotle
This one is just embarrassing

The crew member asked if I wanted queso. I said no. They didn’t add it but still charged me. That’s not a mistake, that’s theft.
When I asked for a receipt, they claimed they were “out of paper.” After making me wait, they finally printed one from the back office, proving what they were trying to hide. Watch your bill closely, because honesty isn’t on their menu.

They’re not running a restaurant. They’re running a scam wrapped in a tortilla.

I’ve tried this location 3 or 4 times since they opened. The food is comparable in taste to what I’ve eaten at the US locations. The portions here are very small, and they impatiently rush you through the line. Absolutely no care given to how they build your burritos/tacos/bowls. It’s slapped together and rushed down the line. The cleanliness of their line and their dining area is disgustingly poor. I’m surprised that AHS hasn’t shut them down yet. Looking at the AHS data (which is public), I see they’ve had a few violations already. I won’t give them my business anymore.

I came with the intention of dining in as it looked empty and then I realized why. There's a bunch of food on the floor and tables and chairs are covered in it as well. Staff members are standing around chatting outside and by the till. Not a great visit
