Went yesterday night, staff was very friendly, food was fresh, must try their new chicken al pastor.

Well kept and very efficient. I have lots of dietary restrictions and the workers here do a great job to accommodate me by changing their gloves and sometimes getting new batches of certain items so there’s no risk of cross contamination. Love coming here, the food is always awesome.

Filthy floors, filthy tables, food was cold including the meat. They were out of hard tacos? Couldn't even throw our trash away as the trash can were completely overflowing. Staff were rude and didn't seem to be able to communicate. skip this terrible experience!

I order from chipotle on a very very regular basis. And close to half of the time my bowl is not sealed properly so when I take it to go, there’s sauce/ moisture seeping through the bag which ends up getting on my clothes. I have had instances where I had to take clothing to the dry cleaners because of this.

Very disappointed that the app to leave feedback and share concerns was absolutely no help whatsoever.
This store needs to train their staff better not to serve people bags that are soaking wet with food.

This place is beyond atrocious in every which way possible. From customer service to the food quality to the portions. They skimp out on the meat portions and don’t portion the bowels right so your rice ends up being mushy. They gave away my order one time after I preordered it an hour ahead of time as I was on a tight schedule and tried having me wait 15 minutes to pick it up, even worse was at the time they didn’t offer refunds in store (not sure how it is now as I refuse to go back). You have to call and wait for them to pull your order from their large database. The best that customer service could do was offer me free guacamole for the whole fiasco and when I expressed how it wasn’t sufficient for the whole fiasco they told me some scripted sentence that they obviously read off a piece of paper. The only time I had a decent meal was the first day this location opened and after it went downhill QUICK. Everytime from that day onwards the location has been poorly maintained with garbage all over the floors.

I just got a simple rice bowl with chicken and they charge you for every and any little extra. This was basically a 18 dollars ball of bland dried rice. Meat was also cold and dry with no flavor. It was like Luke warm slop. Truly horrible. Threw half of it away

Never understood why people like this place - have been in the US a couple times and had similar experiences. It’s been a while so I thought I’d try it again - but I will never be back

Jurusalem Shawarma in town locally has similar style healthy platters that are way better and far more flavourful with better portions for same kind of price.

Great place to get food with good portions service was great karn I think his name was Indian with a turban was patient and was very polite and as always a great place to eat

Staff doesn’t understand english. I ordered rice bowl with pork to go. When I came home I see “Steak Bowl” in the receipt and they had given me beef. New canadian needs to learn english.

Limited in-restaurant dining space. Excellent food. I had the chicken bowl - too much food. Very large portion. Sometimes my husband and I will double the chicken and share one bowl.

Food is good but staff is not friendly or I can say they were rude. P.s- Two indian women that were serving on February 10 at 3:30 pm.

I haven’t visited every chipotle location in the city, however I usually order from the tamarack location and have been to others. In my experience this location is the ABSOLUTE WORST for portion sizes. I ordered a bowl with 2 tortillas on the side, which is my usual and i can use the bowl to make 2 medium burritos and then have some leftover. I hadn’t eaten all day and was really looking forward to my food. I opened the lid to find what looked like about a third of what I usually receive at other locations. I made 2 minuscule burritos and had maybe a bite leftover. Absolutely disappointing and upsetting.

Cleanliness was impressive, staff were actively up and cleaning the soda area, wiping down tables and windows, and cleaning up trash. Food was great. Burritos wrapped tightly, warm and delicious. Agua Fresca was cold and refreshing. Would definitely come back.

I don't think I would go back in here. The staff here is rude and they would rush me. The 3 people who took my order were all yelling, didn't explain or answer my questions about my food allergies, and it was a stressful experience for no good reason🤣. There wasn't even a single customer behind me, so I didn't get the behavior.

The portion they gave was surprisingly small and the guacamole is way too salty.
