I like the traditional style food and family atmosphere at Choice Shawarma. I've been coming here for a while and I've learned to order ahead of time and be patient. Staff is polite and they do try to serve people to the best of their abilities. It's Maa and Paa kinda restaurant you get what you get but if you like something then you stick with it. I would cover the veggies and write down the order instead of repeatedly asking the customer what he wants. Cut the pieces of meat little smaller for rolls Cook them little longer or better yet turn the roller heater on and keep trimming the cooked meat, that way when the customer comes it's ready and write the order down.
