Came to spend our valentine dinner and we had Becca as our server. 10/10 service very friendly and listened to our little stories, also offered to take a Polaroid photo of us as a little keepsake of the night. Great atmosphere and great food. ❤️

Last night we decided to have a steak for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and Chop has always been one of our favourite places. Once again we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic, our steaks were cooked just as we asked with great flavour and the mashed potato’s were so creamy!
I also wanted to do a well deserved recognition shout out to Connor. He was a phenomenal waiter, such a pleasure to interact with. He made sure we were well taken care of and his personality was fun, friendly and overall great. Thank you for the great dinning experience. :)

My husband and I went for dinner and drinks.
My disappointment was with the food.
I have a food allergy. Pretty basic one nothing complicated.
No tomatoes or bell peppers!!
With all the ingredients and hopefully the capabilities the chefs should have … you’d think they could substitute an au jui sauce for a prime rib.
I want options not just plain .. whip up some delicious sauce. I want options not just all the things I can’t have because everything is premade.
Even a simple suggestion from management like sautéed mushrooms .. something to feel like I’m not missing out. I understand being busy and they can’t accommodate something as a substitute that would be time consuming. But what happened to caring !!
We spent $240 plus a generous tip!
Food was not the quality I was expecting!!
Desert cake was dry/ food average!!
Don’t recommend !

First time at Chop Steakhouse in Edmonton and it was incredible. Incredible food, incredible service and incredible atmosphere.

I'll definitely be going more often in BC now.

Just me and my toddler attended as we were staying in the attached hotel. They were very accommodating and attentive. Excellent atmosphere.

Incredibly impressed with this steak house. The menu is fancier more upscale (expensive) fare but the food is absolutely amazing. We had the butcher's board, which gives you three different cuts of steak plus three vegetable sides. The steak was amazing, perfectly cooked and each steak came with a recommended sauce. All the sauces were very good, I liked the cream sauce the best , but the green horseradish sauce was good, too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The food was great, but what made our visit an amazing experience was the fantastic service by Chloe and Colin. It was my dad’s last night in Edmonton and they made it very memorable by being very kind, attentive and sweet, even giving him a special, complimentary cake and a personalized card from the staff. They went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a great experience tonight at Chop. We went for our first wedding anniversary and Chop made it super special. The meal was great and we got a lovely card and dessert! Thanks for the great meal :)
