What a flawless experience for our 1 year :) Thank you Amber! I’ve been a server for a while and I can tell why you get the good sections. Your service was beyond amazing not just at our table but watching you change styles depending on size of table and occasion you are incredible!! Definitely will ask for your section :) Steak and Ribs obviously great but it was the service that made it amazing!

We had a splendid dinner tonight. We are so pleased to support Chop and their decision to source only Canadian wines and beef. Me and my Hub split the wedge salad to start - fabulous! The dressing was delicious and the lettuce was cold and crisp. The vegetarian selection is four solid dishes. I settled on a beyond burger and Hub had prime rib. Our meals were perfect. Five stars for flavour and presentation. We'll be back.

Walked in last minute . services was amazing, treated us like gold. The food was amazing. The staff were awesome. Highly recommended. Most definitely would be there again and again.

I really liked the restaurant. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The food was tasty and looked nice. The staff were kind and helpful. I had a great time there and I want to come back again.

I had the best experience at the chop steakhouse on my birthday. I was blessed to have the nicest and joyful server, the manager was also really nice by greeting us with a treat because it was our first time here. The food was fantastic, everything we ate we enjoyed so much. This is now my favourite restaurant to go to to!

(We went to the ellerslie road SW Edmonton location) We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Daneen A, and she was truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was kind, upbeat, and incredibly attentive. She struck the perfect balance of being quick and efficient without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her genuine warmth and positive energy made our dining experience so enjoyable — she’s easily one of the best servers we’ve ever had. 10/10 to her. Thank you, Daneen A, for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I has a wonderful meal, a filet mignon with a lobster tail. My husband did not fare so well. His prime rib steak ordered medium rare was overdone, tough and grisly. We brought it to the attention of the server but nothing was done, will not be going back

I hosted a group in a larger private room. The staff was excellent and accommodating. The food was superb, and the kitchen did an amazing job on everyone’s dishes. Everyone was extremely happy. Thanks to Maddy and Morgan, as well as the GM Jesse, for everything.

The amount this place charges for a steak and ite trash. I ordered off of uber eats. Paid waaay to much. 56$ for a steak alone and its over cooked and its like chewing on a runner boot. I requested medium rare and it showed up as jerky. If i were there i would have sent it back but i cant as its uber eats. I will never waste my money here again.

Very disappointed as chop used to be my favorite place for a steak. But its over priced and i dont know if you got a new chef or what but it hasnt been good for a while now. Last few times i ordered its been gross. Can get a better steak at dennys.

I stopped in because I found a free coupon for steak bites while washing my vehicle. The steak bites were overcooked a solid medium well. I also ordered fries. It was the smallest order of fries I’ve ever seen like a small order of fries from McDonald’s. Had a beer as well with just the fries and the beer it was $22 with tip. I was expecting more fries than that.

10/10 experience. 3 of us came in for an early dinner, no reservation but was seated immediately. Our server was cordial, efficient and kind. We ordered the steak bites, birria spring rolls, beet, goat cheese, arugula salad and the wings. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend.

It was my first time here, food was really good and the server (Morgan) was really nice. Service was good too. I really like to come back here ☺️☺️
