Everytime I’ve ordered from this location my order is wrong. I got a bold buffalo wrap and it was delivered with Caesar dressing and no peppers and when I called to complain the lady over the phone was just giving me attitude and held absolutely zero accountability. Will not be ordering again I’m extremely disappointed.

I work in downtown and come here regularly for lunch. Everyone that works at this location is super friendly, and always greets you with a smile no matter how busy the lunch rush is. Food always hits the spot!

Received coupons in the mail, decided on the BOGO salads. The employee tried to prevent me from using it saying that the salad choice for both has to be the same. I disagreed and said that would be a ridiculous exemption. She finally agreed to accept the coupon. Nowhere on the coupon does it specify…more importantly, what are the odds two people want the same salad? Sheesh!

The vegetable used to be more fresh. And for takeout they used to have little salad container. Now they just dump the sauce in. Even the hot sauce on chicken. The chicken used to cover with the hot sauce. Now just squeeze on top. I won’t order for take out again. By the time you take the food home. It was already soggy..
