Recently, there was only me and one host in the entire store. She was on a call the entire time and was giggling which felt unprofessional. Plus the preparation times are really long despite the store being empty:(

Just stopped for lunch at this chopped leaf location. I ordered the tuna melt, and a small soup. The spicy tomato soup was quite nice which is why they get two stars, and not one. The tuna melt was nothing short of ridiculous. There was barely any tuna, or any other of the listed ingredients to the point like it was eating dry toast. Considering my lunch cost around $23 including tip I suggest people skip this location, and spend your hard earned money in an establishment that truly strives at providing quality for the money being paid. I wish I had gone to Fifendekel on my way west, instead.

The caprese Salad with peach is so damn good! I don't normally like fruit in my salads but this one somehow works! I also ordered rhe brownie and didn't realize it was gluten free. I tried it and it was probably one of the best brownies I've ever had and I hate everything gluten free lol. This salad is currently my new hyper fixation meal. Sooo good

Cheaping out on the ingredients that actually make the food worthwhile is pretty pathetic, especially filling it with old lettuce. Half a tiny container of dressing makes for a dry and unappetizing dish. Proteins are mushy and pitiful, especially when paying almost 5 dollars for 4 small strips of chicken. Do you even care? Doesn't seem like it.

Employee was kind, but the wraps were way less full then they are when I get them from other locations. Lettuce wasnt very fresh (red steamsl Also, think I got food poisoning from this place :/ would not reccomend despite the deal theyre offering. Get Choice Shwarma instead

I was super excited to try chopped leaf. I went there around 7.50 pm. Staff didn’t feel very welcoming. I asked even that if she is able to make it ? If your panini griller is turned iff before 8, just say no . Rather than giving this. I would definitely write an email to head office and ask for refund.

I've been eating at the Calgary Trail location for years and always had a good experience. Today I ordered from here with delivery as in at the hospital and I receive a salad with a lot of lettuce past the point of being eaten. If you want to save as much as possible, you can eat this on your home, but not as a restaurant. What happened if I eat this and on top of what keeps me in the hospital I get food poisoning?

Been a long time fan of Chopped Leaf and their wraps. Good prices and great food. Stopped in for lunch today and recieved half of what I would have normal gotten in my past orders at CL and at $15 too. Skrinkflation at its best, disappointing.

I've been a long-time customer of The Chopped Leaf, but this location makes me hesitant to return. I normally don’t give bad reviews, but I've been disappointed numerous times here.
I ordered a BBQ chicken quesadilla, and two of the four pieces were practically hollow with just a shred of lettuce inside. The other half had limited toppings, but at-least there was something there. I paid good money only to end up with a crispy wrap. Well done, guys! You continue to amaze me—just not in a good way!
