Atmosphere is fine for a quick bite to eat. A little loud but that's pretty normal for any food place. Prices could be a little more clear, and frankly I feel Chopped Leaf is too expensive overall, but the service is always friendly and timely.

Came here last night to get a salad bowl around 6pm. The customer service was amazing! I felt really welcomed and the guy who served me was really patient and helped me with the menu as I can't have rice :( I wish I would've got his name to mention here. But THANK YOU SO MUCH! I always order through the app and the app is not accepting orders at like 7 PM.. I feel like employees turned it off on purpose to work less. I even called to ask and they said it glitches sometimes... not fair as I always use the app and use the reward system.

Rotting Avocado in My Goddess Bowl ā Quality Control Clearly Missing I ordered the Goddess Salad Bowl from this Chopped Leaf and was served avocado that was clearly spoiled ā dark brown and black throughout, mushy, and streaked in a way that no fresh avocado should ever look (I have photos). This was not slight browning from oxidation; these slices should never have left the kitchen.
For a place that markets itself as āfreshā and āhealthy,ā serving visibly rotting avocado is really disappointing and honestly concerning. It tells me that:
Ingredients are not being checked before they go into bowls
Food that should be thrown out is still being used
There is little attention to basic quality control
At the time I decided to let it go, but after my friend's this weekās experience with an insect in her Goddess Bowl from the same location, it is clear this is not a one-off mistake but a pattern.
I expect much higher standards from any salad place, and especially from a brand like Chopped Leaf. Until there is a serious improvement in freshness checks and food safety practices, I will not be ordering from this location again.

Picked up a salad here after a long day on the road. I wish they still had the paper sheet for custom salad orders. This is the second location that has not processed my order properly. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the egg was missing. However, because I paid cash, I didn't insist on a receipt, so I can't see if he just didn't hear me ask for it, or if I was charged for it but didn't get it. Also, I don't understand why the standard options are limited to 3, when Freshii allows up to 6. Salad itself was otherwise fresh and well-packaged.

I have tried ordering from this chopped leaf a few times now, I used to work by there so it was convenient, but always have issues. Something basic like a chicken ceaser wrap came with steak and not chicken, I mean quiet the upgrade but not appetizing to me at all. We've thrown food away because it's tasted off. I don't suggest ordering from this location.

I had a great experience at Chopped Salad. The food was super fresh and flavorful and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Midway through my meal I asked for a bit more dressing and they didnāt hesitate to offer extra. They even packed some to go with my leftovers. Itās little touches like that that make all the difference. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Iāve been a regular for years, but my recent orders have really ruined my mood, especially this evening. I ordered a couple Signature and a couple Caesar salads, and the signature arrived with like no toppingsājust less than average lettuce and a few croutons (which I had to mention in the comments as last time they didnāt even include any). Itās frustrating to see such a drop in quality from a place I've loved and ordered from regularly.
