Can’t get an order right. Had take out which didn’t help got it home and only half the order was correct. It’s not like they were busy as I was the only one in the place I guess that should have been the first clue. Nearly $40 for two wraps and one is in the garbage now. Chopped Leaf in general is good but stay clear of this location.

All of the staff are very friendly but Simran sticks out. She is by far the nicest of them. Anytime I stop by, she already knows what I am about to order. On top, she takes the time to have good chats while she is preparing my order, and of course it is always super-delicous. But please change your menu options to make it work for vegans/vegetarians as well again!

Extremely disappointed as we ordered expensive meals from this place last evening and the crostini’s as you can see in the photos, had mold all over them. This made us both loose our appetite and we were not able to even have dinner.
Extremely disappointed with this, and it honestly made us worried to even have the chicken we paid to add if food has not been kept well.

We go to chopped leaf often ! But this location is very dirty. And staff was chopping up lettuce without gloves. Turned my stomach, asked for a refund before our food was even made. Will not be back to this location. Yes I did tell the guy why we wanted a refund. He didn't care didn't wanna give a refund but after calling his Manger he refunded us. Do better

This Chopped Leaf should be named the WORST CHOPPED LEAF in Edmonton. Their portions are ridiculously tiny. I am an avid Chopped Leaf customer and I know what I’m talking about. Is this a privately owned franchise? Just WOW!

I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken, and after paying I asked for a refund and was told that their system is not able to do that. So I ended up taking the salad. When I got home to eat the salad, the avocado was rotten, and the salad was drenched in dressing. The amount of salad I got for the price is not worth it and I will not be back. The quality and service has gone down, not what it used to be.

Ordered Sunshine bowl with Goddess dressing....guess the tip wasn't good so came home and they added hot sauce or something very spicy. No where on menu does it say this bowl is spicy. Won't order again
ordered the mushroom soup online, when going to pick up my order they informed me they didn’t have the mushroom soup , offered me the other soup they had wasn’t into it so i asked for the soup to be refunded in which he told me he couldn’t do a refund…..i asked why i couldn’t get a refund he said they don’t do refund even tho they didn’t have what I ordered ….. i was left with either getting something i didn’t want or just wasting my money on something i didn’t get…… what kinda scam is that?!?!? if you don’t have the item a refund should be given. this seems like a huge store scam as it should have been refunded as i didn’t get the product i wanted.
