Had a reeeeally long day and was rushing into the city from Spruce GroveGoogle Maps said I would be here at 9:56 PM so I called in to check of I could still get a Sante Fe Salad for supper.Long story short, the guy closing up was more than happy to help and even called me 4 minutes prior to me arriving to check what it was I wanted and make it ready. Made my night

Absolute ghastly service. Zero stars! We just paid $36 for a literal bowl of spinach (my friend ordered A DIY salad which had none of the veggies she asked for), and my mediterannean bowl had none of the veggies it was supposed to have EXCEPT for what I asked for specifically not to be on it. Would of gone back to have them remade except we grabbed them on our way home which is on tbe other side of town. Not worth it. What a disappointment.

Usually we love Chopped Leaf, but this location was not on par with the others. They added the dressing directly to our salads, and it was not well mixed. They seemed to have soaked the apples in lemon juice and they were inedibly sour. The avocado was underripe. The cleanliness was not as high as I have seen at other locations.

I went there today just a few minutes before they closed (I wasn't aware of their hours) I was willing to take my order to go but the lady invoted us to dine-in with no problem. They served us with a great attitude they went above and beyond to make sure the food was great. Thank you!
On Tuesday July 11 I picked up two meals to go. When I got home I noticed that the quesadilla was on the wrong type of wrap and there was an allergy so it could not be eaten. I tried calling many times but nobody answered. I continued to try to contact the staff and ended up spending almost two weeks trying to get a manager to return my call. Pinder was my server and i told them I didn’t keep the receipt but pulled up the transaction on my mobile banking and provided the number for them to locate my order. I was questioned on if I was sure I purchased at the Windermere location of which I confirmed in a few different occasions with different staff members none of which were ever managers as none were available. I finally received a call and when down to the store to get my refund. At this point she told me she cannot refund me and again did not seem to believe I made the purchase. Then made me go through the receipt process again and said she cannot find it. Finally agreed to make me two new meals but I had just eaten. She said that’s the only thing they could do. I waited while about 6 customers who came in after me were served. I asked how much longer after waiting 20 min and she said, at least 10 more minutes as she did not start making my order yet. I was frustrated and said I would wait outside. She didn’t hear me and when I went back into the store about 15 minutes later, she told me she didn’t make the food thought I left! Hi again, I’ve tried to leave messages nobody’s called me back I have never had such a bad customer service. It’s disappointing because I did love the food at chopped leaf.On July 24:The district manager who was extremely kind called me yesterday and agreed to refund my two meals. He explained he would contact the store yesterday and have someone from the location reach out to complete my refund. I very much appreciate his kindness and understanding with this matter after the bad experience with the staff in store.
