I love the food here. I get it quite often, at least once a month. But this time I ordered for delivery, around $95 worth last night. I was told on the phone it would take 45 minutes which was fine! But an hour and a half later, I don’t see my food. So I called and asked about it. The driver eventually came about 10 more minutes later. When the driver came, I clicked NO TIP on the machine because they were extremely late with delivering my food. 45-50 minutes late.
And the driver gave me attitude over it, shook his head and said “no tip??” I said absolutely not, you guys took way too long to get my food here. I’m 15 mins away from you guys.
I love the food here, but that kind of service is unacceptable. Don’t ever stand there and guilt your customer for not tipping over your unacceptable service.

Cantonese food here is just delicious! We can tell each dish was made to order, very tasty, good priced, and large portion sizes. The salted fried rice dish is a bit strong in flavor so it might not be for everyone. Highly recommend the beef fried noodle dish (first picture) and the black pepper beef dish with fried vegetables (third picture). These 5 dishes only come up to just under $100, enough for 4 people and 2 full take out boxes. However, the restaurant can be quite busy and the wait can be quite long. We can tell waiter and waitresses were working hard to keep everyone happy. However good food and high standards take time, so be prepared to wait if the restaurant is full
Update: we went here a second time and the speed was decent, the food is so amazing we keep coming back!

Came to celebrate Father's Day, and pre-ordered some of the special dishes they have on the back of their menu. We had vegetarian and meat eaters on our group and everyone was very happy with the dishes. Pure authentic Cantonese style food. We will definitely come back.

The first time went there with friends was OK. The second time turned out to be a disaster. Food was terrible. The service was not good either. Very negative experience. The front desk was pretty impatient and rude. Talked with friends, some had the similar experience. Not sure whether they changed chef or manager. Will not come to this place any more.

Very bad experience dinning in there today! It took over an hour to serve, food is so salty and greasy, service is terrible. For those reasons I didn’t pay the tips, however the cashier is very mad at me! Won’t go any more and don’t recommend it!

Decided to visit on a busy Sunday. We were looking for Chopsticks but they're gone by that name now so we tried out Rishun. Very satisfying and absolutely hit the spot when we were craving some Chinese food. We were told it would be about a 40 minute wait for our pick up order but it ended up only being about 20 minutes since they saw us waiting in our car they got it ready quicker for us. Will be back when the hankering hits again.

Service is very good. Friendly staff. I live very close by, but I am willing to go a bit farther to have better tasting Chinese food. The food isn’t bad here. Just very average.
