VERY expensive and not worth it at all. Paid $150 for 3 kids for 90 minutes. If they wanted to play in the tiny trampoline area it was an additional $18 per kid. Lots of games not working, point system is a complete scam. $30 for a cheese pizza. They charge you $2 per card to be able to scan the games after youâve paid $40+ per kid. Youâre better to go to a trampoline park for half the cost and go to the rec room that is full of working games.

The staff are excellent and informative. Our children were always safe and there's someone guarding the entrance at all times!! You can't enter without taking a photo in the presence of an employee and you can't leave without showing said photo. Our kids are younger so they meet the height requirement of the trampoline area. If you have kids above 56 inches they won't be able to go I'm that area, but the arcade is still fun and reasonably priced.
My son had a fun time! Can be chaotic and busy, but staff are very helpful.

There food is horrible, there points system is so cheap and literally a scam, there games probably havenât been cleaned in 10+ years! Have been coming to the north side chuck e cheese for 3 summers this year and today I was talked to with so much disrespect, the general manager and host Jenifer were teaming up and talking down to me in such a hurtful way usually we really enjoy this location and the staff but today I was made to feel like a liar and a swindler for doing what I've done all summer,, I've been using the same coupons all summer but all of a sudden they don't work with the summer play pass I'm just so disheartened..I'm glad summer fun pass is almost done because I just wanna be done with this place.the staff here is so fake 1 minute helpful and friendly next minute ready to cut you over a coupon or a cup of ranch.

My family came to have a birthday party for my younger brother right. Came in and booked the package and party time and paid all the deposits only to come in and get absolutely nothing that came with the party package we got no fun plastic cups we got paper cups and then asked about the jugs of juice and pop then asked where our server was to then be told we didnât have a server or any of the food packs. After consulting with an employee on where our server was and the rest of the party package we ordered was and was told to speak with a manager who then said âdonât worry we can fix this and hook you upâ to only then be giving just a set of cups instead of our food package and the fun free desert we were told came with the package, after spending all the money on getting our own food and no server we are very very disappointed in this establishment and hope they will fix things for us or other attending parties in the future.
