Unorganized
Staff were amazing.
I changed my game pass from 80 games to bronze to silver. And they didn’t even bat an eye. Super helpful.
Very good
We purchased a Gold Pass and visited this Chuck E. Cheese location with a group of families. Unfortunately, one employee was consistently rude and unkind toward our children. Her tone and behavior were noticeably different from how other guests were treated, which made our Muslim group feel targeted and unwelcome. Children should never be spoken to or treated in a disrespectful manner in a family environment. This experience was disappointing and not what we expected from a brand that promotes fun and inclusion.
DO NOT COME HERE! The worker was very rude and was yelling over a drink… When we asked when chuckee was coming she mumbled something under her breath which didn’t seem any respectful to me. Chuckee Cheese literally be hiring anyone these days.😅 Overall I won’t be coming here and the vibes are off too since the workers literally stare us down. The games are fun and enjoying but the workers really ruined my daughters birthday
Super clean. Windows look amazing
Took my kid here for a birthday party, it was pretty much the same as I remember it as a kid myself. Seems to have more arcade style games now. Chuck E still walking around and taking pictures. Great atmosphere, not too busy so there was not a huge wait for any games. It was a fun time and it’s nice this little piece of nostalgia is still around in 2025.
Good fun for the kids 2 or 3 hrs tops then it gets boring
We visited this place over the weekend, and I was extremely disappointed.
An hour and a half. The card alone costs $50. Then you pay extra for the trampolines. Two tiny trampolines — $19. Plus $4 for socks.
Are you serious?
We paid almost $50 just for entry, and then you charged us another $20 for a trampoline. And it’s a small kids’ trampoline! In large trampoline parks, my child can jump unlimited for $12. You have two tiny trampolines, and you charge $20 for them.
On top of that, my husband was not informed and was charged an additional $4 for something he didn’t even use.
We visited in the summer for a birthday party, and I was impressed back then. We came today — and it was the worst experience.
In just three months, the price has increased by more than half. I do not recommend visiting this place. Any good playground costs 4–5 times less than this one.
When I asked why the prices went up, I was told it's because drinks are unlimited and “free.”
Guys, for $70, I should be swimming in those drinks.
Took my son here to have his birthday party today and over the speakers the manager was yelled the f word. Not only that but the disrespect the workers receive from his managers was crazy, and he didn’t even try to hide it. The only good part of this chuck e cheese was the workers as they were so kind even through they were getting yelled at. They truly made the most unwelcoming place feel welcoming. Thank you to the workers but the manager needs to be checked out.

Love this location and tgeyre staff is amazing also .. I can't help see a huge difference between this location and the north end.. its unfortunate I don't live that close but I do make the drive!
Best place for Under 10 year old kids
Perfect place for play ,really safe and secure
Not like the good old days food is overpriced for the quality its also just not what it used to be.
We get the summer pass every year, great value for the money!!
