Not like the good old days food is overpriced for the quality its also just not what it used to be.

When we first arrived, an employee was vacuuming continuously. The smell of dust quickly became overwhelming, and I began coughing to the point of struggling to breathe. When I raised my concern to the employee, instead of addressing the issue politely, he argued with me and stated that he also has asthma but needed to finish vacuuming the entire store.
Shortly after, his supervisor began mopping under the tables with a strong chemical cleaning product, further adding to the poor air quality. This created an unhealthy and uncomfortable environment, making our visit very distressing.
I found this customer service to be unprofessional and inconsiderate of patrons’ well-being. I hope you will take steps to ensure that cleaning tasks, especially those involving dust and chemicals, are carried out in a way that does not disrupt or harm customers.

Ok, I read that this was the less good cheese in Edmonton, but it's simply not true. I think those reviews might be racist hints at what's actually going on. The place was packed with families all having fun, all super friendly. There was a large percentage of Muslim faith folks here, I think this is the basis of those negative reviews.
Felt sorry for the staff, they were doing an awesome job but we're clearly over worked and over capacity. Food was good.
Several of the tables were dirty, so I asked if they could clean one for our family. Literally within seconds they came out and did a full sanitizing of every table in the area, was very impressed!
Absolutely will be back to this location if only to support the local demographics!

My kids love going here. The pizza is good and my kids have so much fun. The staff are kind. The bathrooms are abit gross. The amount of food for the price is a bit ridiculous but otherwise it's good.

Great place for kids.. no question. Food was terrible. Had better pre-made from Walmart. Service was barely tolerable My granddaughter loved it. However she is 5. Id say it's been 20 plus years since I was in a chuck e cheese. Back then it was a actual restaurant Can't see ever setting foot in this establishment again. Food was absolutely disgusting!
Kid-friendliness: Definitely child target. Make sure you bring lube.

The usual chuckee cheese experience of mediocre food, and loud noises. Add the fact a lot of games don't work and staff who give attitude when you can't hear their whispers and you ask them to politely repeat themselves, not a great environment

Staff is amazing, manager is great and my kids love it here. Trampoline price is a bit higher than expected. MOST IMPORTANTLY, this place needs a FAMILY WASHROOM. I feel super uncomfortable to take my girls to men’s washroom. This facility accommodates families with kids with no family washroom, that is kinda odd.
Staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The kids had a blast here! We will definitely be coming here more often 😊

Kudos to this one guy personnel with long blonde hair and a beard. Very outstanding for rudeness, pleasant attitude and most of all does not like what he does. If I dont have kids I would never comeback and deal with a person like him and will never spend anymore money on this place.
