Cold chicken. Tasteless chicken. Hockey puck biscuits. Missing biscuits. Extra ice in no ice drinks requests. Extra lettuce in no lettuce requests. No napkins. No ketchup. No receipts. Long waits.
One drive thru staff member seemed shocked I wanted my $6 something change on a $13 order.
New review - Went back after a few weeks and found nothing's changed for the better. In fact, a staff member even argued with me and said the item and price on their own drive thru menu isn't what I read to her and took a screen shot of. Then she repeatedly tried to sell me a family pack instead of a single serving. Bad food, bad training, bad attitudes!

I was greeted by some very friendly staff, they smiled a lot and were very polite, Pawandeep served me and my wife, and had great customer service skills. Excellent job Summerside team.
