chutney Restaurant Halal Pakistani Indian Dine-in

I have been a customer with Chutney for the past 10 years. While food business growing in Edmonton, with more and more South Asian restaurants in the market, it was expected to see an improvement in the quality.
There has been a drastic decline in the quality. I just got my order delivered while having guests at home. Food quality was terrible, I repeat TERRIBLE. No appropriate amount of ingredients, lack of chutney, burnt chicken pieces in the roll. I will be honest with this kind of food I will never ever buy or recommend anyone.
But being a long term customers, I'm writing this review to see an improvement. I will try the food once more, and I'll update the review. But next time, it will be a more detailed review. But at this time, I'm really disappointed with the quality.

I know Nihari has oil but what is this?It’s really disappointing when you feel sick then you do an online order and after waiting for one and half hour you get this.

This restaurant has been flying under the radar for many foodies, but we decided to give their weekend brunch a try and were pleasantly surprised! The menu offered a delightful mix of traditional and modern dishes. We enjoyed the quintessential halwa puri, suji halwa, flavorful haleem (beef), delicious chicken karahi, and comforting paya (bara). To round out the meal, we also indulged in an omelet and mattur pulao rice.

The brunch also included refreshing orange juice, desi tea, sweet jelebi, and a slice of pound cake. Overall, the brunch was incredibly satisfying and a must-try for anyone seeking a delicious and authentic desi weekend brunch experience.

I ordered three platters last Sunday and there were missing puri which was supposed to be there in platters...moreover the food was very oily and I didn't really like any of the items...I called at the restaurant too but the staff told me that I should talk to the manager and manager too didn't really cared about anything...i left my number they told me manger will call you but the six days anyone did not cal meI don't know why the staff was having that negative attitude lol
Will never come back and also will not let any of my friends to visit this place ever again....very poor management

Be careful going this restaurant. One big guy who was hitting on my glass when I picked up the order. So many people suggested me this restaurant very scary be careful to visit this restaurant.

Not be like pakistani cuisine it same like indian food,food was okay but no salt in "Dal Mash" Naan was okay but not like pakistani Naan like Round shape it is ovel shape.over all it is okay.....thanks

I recently dined at Chutni Restaurant and was left quite underwhelmed. While the ambiance was nice, the prices were far too high for what we received. The portions were small, and the food, though presented well, lacked the flavor to justify the steep cost.

Service was decent, but it didn't make up for the overall value. I expected more for the price point. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that offer much better quality for the money.

The food is overpriced but overall the food is good and the people are nice
