I went here for a quick cinnamon bun, it was fresh and warm however the price was very expensive. I’ve had better but I’ve also had worse.

I purchased a mini box of cinnamon buns. Asked the clerk if they were freshly made the same day. The answer was yes. When came time to eat them at dinner time they were dry and hard. Definitely not made that day. How miss leading.

Lady was very rude, you spend around 7$ for cinnamon roll that has been sitting there for some time and should not be served. I even asked the lady can I please have a fresh one. Couldn’t even eat it, had to throw it out. Not what it used to be to be for sure.

Bought 2 pieces of their cinnamon twist and two cinnamon buns, but when I got home,there was no cinnamon twist. Called their store to inform them but no one is answering the call. I was charged $17.80 for two small cinnamon buns. And the counter person does not seem happy to serve guest.

Cinzeo isn't what they used to be and I think the finger here can be pointed at the staff.Ordered a regular sized cinnamon bun and a coffee, the coffee was on the fresh side and hot but the bun was old and crusty. The staff was also not welcoming and held an overall negative customer facing experience.Forks and Knives: dropped my fork on the ground, went up to ask for another and they charged me .15... mind blown.If you are craving a cinnamon bun I would recommend getting the one from frieson bros, a million times better!

Utterly delicious cinnamon buns, fast and friendly service, and gave us beautiful plastic cutlery! Cinnzeo buns are a very good deal for their size, I would recommend sharing them as they are quite large!

I bought a pack of 9 mini cinnamon buns from the Southgate location in Edmonton. When I got home i had one and it was no where near fresh. it was hard. Very disappointing.

When in Southgate we love to treat ourselves to one of our favourite cinnamon bun places but this time we noticed they had a new bun!! This one was a cheese bun. While I was tempted I stuck with the normal option, but then the lady surprised me with giving me a cheese one also!! I was over the moon!! These buns are just as amazing if not even better than the cumin on buns!! The flavour is top knotch and the softness is still there. The only way these would be better is if they could make sandwiches with these buns!!

Terrible customer service. Had a coupon for 5$ off 1 take away box. Which came in the mail. They told me I had to buy 2 boxes to use it. Asked them to show me on the coupon where it said I had to guy 2. They said it didn't say that its just how it is.. I told them the coupon literally says 1 coupon per 1 box. They said ok but made me buy the biggest box to use it and said they were out of all the other sizes even though they had about 5 people behind them working away filling up boxes of all sizes. Won't be back to this location
Yesterday when I came to buy cinnamon buns there was a homeless/intoxicated man by cinnzeo. He approached me as I was buying a box of cinnamon buns and letting me know he wanted a box as well, I didn’t have a problem getting him one, So I agreed and got him a box. But what disappointed me was the cashier who was muttering under her breath telling me not to get the man one. I do not tolerate that type of cruelty especially to people like the man who’s clearly intoxicated/homeless who can’t afford to get something, when they’re clearly starving and can’t do anything about it. At the end I helped someone who was starving and he was grateful for it. I hope the owner or manager talks to their cashier and not let that sort of behaviour be tolerated.

Cinnzeo, sometimes good, sometimes not so much. Just had some today and BOTH were very dry with no taste at all. Cinnzeo, you need to up your game or get out of the business. This was the Southgate location. Would give ZERO STARS IF ALLOWED TO.

Cinnamon buns are delicious but the service is annoying. Very pushy with trying to get me to buy a big bun when I just wanted a mini-roll. Same thing when I wanted a 4 pack instead of a 6 pack. I've noticed this at every Cinnzeo, must be part of the staff's training...

THE WORST CINNAMON BUN I’VE EVER TASTED! I tried the vegan bun this evening and it was worse than awful, almost inedible. Such a waste of money!! I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

We used to get coffee there all the time when at the mall, but the last three times the coffee has been just awful. You can clearly tell they let the coffee sit until it's all gone. Tastes burnt and just old. No more coffee from there for us.
