I ordered 1 caramel pecan and 1 apple cinnamon roll and purchased a box of cinnamon rolls aswell and extra icing at the west edmonton mall location today I got home and decided to eat mine in the evening and was raw definitely not cooked all the way through I spent $48.33 and was garbage. I have to throw it out. To make things worse it took me forever to get the person serving me to understand that I wanted a large box to put the caramel pecan and apple rolls in one box instead of separate small ones. After spending all this extra time and money I'm extremely disappointed.
Someone got back to me today and is trying to rectify the problem. So I'm happy this won't happen again.

Kahil was an amazing server and baked amazing buns

Always get buns when at the mall, this trip we got some and not sure if it's just me but are the size of the buns getting smaller and the cost going up? The amount of icing is getting less and less every visit. Maybe time to explore other option.

I bought a cappucino coffee large today and I feel that it was not worth it as they use coffee pods instead of freshly ground coffee and they charge you the same as other closed by cafe. It did not even meet the standard!! low standard coffee!!!!

Too expensive to buy for their regular price, but with the Too good to go app it's affordable and the items were fresh.

The cinnzeos were small. The price was outrageous for the size. They used to be taller and bigger. Not worth the $7.50 each. Not pleasant either.

The cinnamon rolls are tiny for $7+. Servers not particularly friendly.

Loved Cinny buns my entire life. Hate it when owners cheap out on ingredients. Cinnzeo known for the gooey sweet center. There was practically no cinnamon in the bun. The bun was dry and almost no icing on top. These buns used to be $5 now it was $7.
Highly NOT recommending this place.

Always loved this location. Came here about 2 days ago and purchased the 9 Pack Buns. Price has gone up over the years, and the buns I bought were very hard even after heating them up. Gotta say I'm disappointed in the quality over the years. Usually super soft, maybe I just got a weird batch. Staff were nice and friendly though.

There was this punjabi guy, he was doing sample of cinzeo rolls and I accidentally dropped my wallet or left it I don't remember, but he ran behind me and gave me my wallet back. I really appreciate his honesty and May god bless him.thank you ❤️
