Ive been twice now, once alone and once with my partner. The decor in Clementine is very nice. Dark, classic and beautiful. Exactly what I would expect a cocktail bar to be. The service was great. Friendly, courteous and warm. I would also say knowledgeable. There is a large selection of cocktails to choose from, and The ones Ive had were all good. The food that I've had was all very delicious. I have to say the olives are up there with the best Ive ever had. I would gladly have made an entire meal out of them, lol. My only criticism lies in the fact that the charcuterie is a build-your-own menu item. I personally prefer a variety of meats, pickles, cheeses, etc. to be chosen and presented by the establishment, rather than individually priced items to select from. Im sure opinions vary on this, but that's mine.

I went here for my birthday on a Saturday and it was fairly busy, but they still managed to seat us. The cocktails are so unique and good. The server felt so bad that service was a bit slower, but it was honestly great. It was a great way to close out my birthday. ☺️

When I visited this place back in 2023, it was average. But, I have seen them improve in terms of mixology & food options (for vegetarians, which was very very limited back in 2023). They are consistently doing better which shows they are passionate about the art & science of cocktail making. One of my go to place for great cocktails in YEG. Keep it up guys. With new bars and restaurants always opening I think it can be easy to forget to acknowledge the ones who have been killing it daily for an over decade. And Bar Clementine truly never disappoints. Me and a couple friends were hopping around the city for cocktails and snacks, and Clementine was hands down the favourite. Our server was so much fun, the drinks were perfect and the food really hit. We had an absolute blast. So just a big thank you for continuing to stand above the rest and take to heart what hospitality is all about.

Fabulous unique cocktails in a romantic, wood decor. Music was great, not too loud to enable a conversation. Service staff were friendly and patiently explained the cocktails. I loved the cantaloupe flavored Natsumi cocktail. They made a custom rum old fashioned for my partner. The Patagonia cocktail made with Patagonia trakal was great.

Cozy vibe, delicious food, amazing cocktails, their (Martinis were 10/10)and friendly service. We had the beef tartare — it was tasty, though I do wish it came with bread instead of Lay’s chips. That said, the overall experience was still great! Definitely a spot I’d return to.
