Tartare was delicious. Cocktails concocted with precision and a pleasure to drink. Hipster bartender served and delivered his information with contemptuous superiority. I won't be back but if being spoken down to is your thing, I am sure you will enjoy the entire experience.
When I visited this place back in 2023, it was average. But, I have seen them improve in terms of mixology & food options (for vegetarians, which was very very limited back in 2023). They are consistently doing better which shows they are passionate about the art & science of cocktail making. One of my go to place for great cocktails in YEG.

With new bars and restaurants always opening I think it can be easy to forget to acknowledge the ones who have been killing it daily for an over decade. And Bar Clementine truly never disappoints. Me and a couple friends were hopping around the city for cocktails and snacks, and Clementine was hands down the favourite.
