We came here for lunch on a Monday and it was quite crowded. We ordered a assorted beef noodle, a spicy beef and pork noodle, and a 5 item vermicelli. The portions here are quite large and the noodles were all tasty, especially the spicy noodle (34), bun bo hue. The spiciness reminds me of Thai food. In one here quite a lot. To my knowledge, Co Do Hue is a franchise and I went to the south one as well as the north side one. As someone with Vietnamese family members, my upbringing had lots of good Vietnamese food. I can tell you for a fact, Co Do Hue hits the mark for flavour and authenticity. Probably my favourite restaurant in Edmonton. Words can’t explain how delicious the food is here. I don’t know what they put in their food but it’s really addictive. I HIGHLY recommend getting the Bun Bo Hue, that’s my go-to and I never get tired of it.
