THE PLACE: It's a food truck. I wish they had a regular location so I wouldn't have to hunt them down ? THE FOOD: Been eating at this place for years and the food is delicious! I always get the Tuna Albacore wrap and the fries. I feel it used to be blackpepper seared tuna and I'm glad they changed it! THE SERVICE: Always great! WOULD I RETURN? 100%!

Wife and I got the korean pork wrap and the chicken strips with fries.
The fries were good, and the mayo and mustard were pretty tasty. The wrap was good too but i felt like it could have used some more of the hoisin glaze.
The chicken strips were fine. They had a good flavour but they were pretty dry
Also, the guy who was taking orders was also touching food with no visible indication that he washed his hands before doing so. Wasn't using gloves either, which isn't great.
Overall, the food is good and not expensive, but don't expect anything that blows you away flavour-wise.

Fast service so that was great! Chicken fingers were amazing. Crispy and tender. So good with the honey mustard sauce! Fries were good but a little too much salt. Tried the jerk chicken wrap, was good and tasty with the coleslaw but didn’t get the spice(heat) I expected from a jerk dish.

Chicken fingers and fries were incredible. The fries had rosemary seasoning with lots of salt and they were incredibly delicious. The chicken strips were so crispy but so juicy at the same time and the dip was a very interesting homemade I want to say honey mustard with Karim with some curry, delicious. check it out.

Had a really good fried chicken sandwich on one night and received a free (abandoned) box of fries the next night at folk fest ‘23 (Joseph is a real one for that)
We just had Josh and his crew as our caterer for our wedding. They did a fantastic job handling almost 100 people and had everyone fed with it an hour. One of the highest raved things about our wedding was the food and the unique idea of a food truck! Would definitely recommend them for any event but also do go find where they’re parked and have a delicious meal! They’re very well priced for the high quality of food they serve.

Quality is good, taste is good, value is horrible. The four chicken fingers, normally made of chicken breast, may be actual chicken fingers by their size. Barely 2 bites each. I suggest going somewhere else.

Got to experience Coast Lunch Box food truck at an outdoor event and it was very good. Food was excellent with decent sized portions. Despite the long line up, it didn’t take long for us to get our order. Staff was very friendly and food was tasty. Definitely looking forward to trying other items on their menu the next time.
