I love your store and talking to all the staff but a few times well twice and with the same employee she makes me wonder if you want to sell me bread. 9am Feb 24th was the latest I came in before work for 2 loaves of whole wheat regular cut only to be told they just came out of the oven she couldn't cut them. Now I'm not sure about you mate but I was was born at night not last night. Sorry we have met and we are both on the other side of 50 she told me to come back in 30 minutes. I l put my foot down I asked her to cut them any ways and she complied.but in the past I have muttered under my breath and gone to Safeway for bread. I don't want to see you losing a little bit of business because someone thinks the bread is to warm to cut you yourself have done it for me. Again I love doing business with your store and your products are the best.

We’ve been shopping at this Cobs Bread location for years. They have a great selection of breads and pastries. We especially love their scones, particularly the berry and white chocolate scone, and we’ve placed orders for various occasions—always ready on time and fresh, which makes this a reliable place to order from. Their pizza slices, seasonal pastries, and Italian herb Turkish bread are also favourites.
A few items didn’t quite hit the mark for us: some of the cinnamon buns feel a bit dry, and the croissants can be hit or miss.
The store is always clean and well-organized. Staff members we’ve interacted with are welcoming and attentive. We also enjoy the little samples on the counter—they’ve helped us discover many new favourites among their baked goods.

Been here a few times, good treats and whatnot. Not like it's an establishment worth praising. But it's been reliable as long as I've lived here.

Subpar service with some miscommunication that added extra to our order. Cinnamon buns were dry with very little icing, visited mid afternoon, you’d expect the quality to be better.
The first mistake we were able to correct easily, only because it was completely the wrong item, the second we didn’t realize until after paying, which was just easier to leave than correct it, although we never asked for that item.
Compared to previous recent visits, it was disappointing. Staff are usually very attentive and give excellent service with no issues. Not sure if there was a language barrier or they may have been new, but the reaction to fixing the mistake felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable.

Don't know what is up with the Pana de Casa lately. It used to be a nice light, high loaf. Last few times I bought it, was dense, barely higher than Turkish loaf and had little white pecks throughout the bread. Assuming it was flower. Not good guys.

Scones of different varieties are my all time favorite. Wish they have a table/seat inside to stop by and enjoy the delicious bread. 😊

Love Cobbs Bread and the service here is very welcoming!
Excellent. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great local, friendly and Canadian place to shop
Fresh, fluffy pastries and rich, buttery flavors—every bite is perfection. A must try!
The staff here are incredible. They are some of the kindest people you will meet. They genuinely care about our communities.
There's a long blonde hair when I took a bite out of the ham and cheese croissant we got from there. It's disgusting and when I called them, all they told me is to bring back the croissant and they're going to refund me but it was so gross it went straight to the garbage after I threw up. No apologies whatsoever.
