I'd like to compliment the service and baking at this location. Have sampled other locations and despite the same menu, spinach and feta stuffed croissants at this store actually feel like croissants. The staff is very polite and kind and would definitely recommend this spot. The samples are always fresh as well.

I like Cobbs Bread for certain products. Scones. Mincemeat tarts. Custard Danishes. Im not as crazy about some of theirs breads, but that’s personal preference.

It used to be a place with great products but I tried two of their croissants recently and they are just like a bun with either ham and cheese (a VERY tiny piece of each) or chocolate, but nothing compared to what it used to be, no more fluffy pastry. And four thirty for one of these?

I stopped in this morning and realized that they had a whole bunch of different treats as opposed to the other bakeries. I’m so happy that I dropped by, the staff was so friendly and greeted me the minute I walked in the door. I will definitely be dropping by again!!

Parking: Tight squeeze as the parking lot is a bit smaller and busier.

I love Cobs but this location is not good. Poor service, not enough baking, missing 4 bags of buns from my skip order.

My wife and I have not tried the majority of their menu items, but they have killer scones. They are fresh with 5 - 6 great flavors to choose from. Pumpkin and other specialty choices at Christmas and Halloween. We love the scones with our morning coffee. Cobb's bread, cinnamon buns, assorted buns are also very good.It is our understanding that any left over product at day end is donated to the Edmonton Food bank. The only other business that has fresh bread like this Is Safeway and I choose supporting private smaller business when possible.

Parking: The business is in a busy Riverbend strip mall and although you might not be able to always park close, you can find a spot. The Edmonton library is going to relocate in the near future by the recreation center which will help the whole overall situation.

The Irish Soda Bread on St Patrick's Day was excellent. The traditional hot-crossed buns need some candied fruit in them though, not just
