I genuinely don’t know what we do wrong at this store. We come in at regular hours. We are polite, smiling, and just wanting to bring home some bread. I have no idea the reason my partner and I get the reactions from staff that we do. They are always short with how they speak and act like we are an inconvenience. I’ve worked in customer service long enough that I give people huge breaks. Huge breaks. It takes a lot to actually sign on to Google to leave a review for a place...
Cobs Bread Bakery is number 1 in Edmonton no other bakery even comes close to what Cobs puts out. The cinnamon buns are to die for these are the cinnamon buns I grew up eating sooooo gooie and yummy. Well done Cobs team. Oh wait the bread oh the bread you guys just have to go.
