When my friend and I came in trying to decide what to order. The girls at the counter were whispering with each other. When we came up to the till they rolled their eyes.....
Me and my boyfriend went to buy bubble tea at South side location on December 12 around 21pm. I was honestly shocked by the level of disrespect I experienced at Coco. After giving me my drink, the staff member threw the straw at me instead of handing it over. It felt rude, humiliating, and completely uncalled for. When I politely said “thank you” after grabbing my drink, she rolled her eyes at me. I came in expecting a simple, pleasant experience and left feeling upset and disrespected. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

My wife's office ordered milk tea here and she came home with food poisoning and diarrhea
