Very poorly managed store with terrible customer service. I placed an order online and received confirmation that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I have placed online orders from this business many times prior and had no issues with pickup. Whenever an order is placed, the order should be fulfilled based on placement of the order. After waiting 22 minutes in-store and seeing all the other customers that arrived much later than when I placed my order get their drinks, I went to the counter to question why I had not received my order. The lady in charge I assume is the manager or owner gave a very weak response and said that they prioritize in store customers before the online orders and that any online orders had to inform the desk and then they would start the order. That makes absolutely no sense. Online platforms are made for pre orders and for convenience. If you messed up an order and made a mistake by forgetting to make the order, own up to it and apologize instead of making up some ridiculous excuse and lie to a customer and try to undermine the intelligence of the customer. The response is so ridiculous and appalling that I had to write a review to express my disappointment. By the time I picked up my drinks, it was 1:27pm and I placed my order at 12:58pm.. Making a customer wait almost half an hour and not even apologizing, is not acceptable. I have been a very good customer since the day you opened your doors and I definitely will not give you any of my business any more. Zero respect for people’s time and lying to a customer is not good business practice.

Staffs are friendly and the best branch of coco in Edmonton

I visited this Coco location on Saturday August 23 around 11:30 and ordered three drinks. The cashier seemed uninterested and had a negative attitude throughout the process. I asked for one drink with no sugar and two with 30% sugar, but she made both of those drinks with 70% sugar instead.

When I returned to ask for a remake, she responded with more attitude. Instead of making new drinks, she cut open the seals of the original drinks, poured them out, and mixed them with liquid from a premade jar. According to Alberta Health Services, once a drink has been served, it should not be returned, remanufactured, or re-served. May have food handling rules concerns

This was a very disappointing experience and raises serious concerns about food safety and customer service at this location.

Coco Fresh Tea & Juice on the Southside is fantastic. The bubble tea is consistently delicious and fresh, with a huge variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The staff are always quick and friendly, and the drinks are made to perfection every time. A definite go-to spot for a quality bubble tea fix!

Service very slow and employees are rude

The place was really busy but they told me after I ordered my drink that the bathrooms were cleaned up and closed for the night (they used a cart to barre out any customers). They were still open for another 45 minutes, and they told me to go use the Esso across the road. I was going to pee my pants, and had to ask again to use their bathrooms. After begging, they let me use them, but it doesn't make sense to close them down before the business is even closed, especially when it's this busy in the establishment. I would give them 1 star for this, but the drink was good and came out fast, so 2 stars it is.

1. Nice atmosphere
2. Couple of drink has only L option there is no medium or small. So, which I like I need small so I can’t order large when try for 1st time.
3. Orange them looks so nice in your eyes as well restaurant temperature is 21.5C as I feel nice.
4. They also have sitting arrangements so you can enjoy your drinks there as well.

Overall good please

I order and the staff had mistake on the total amount that I need to pay but instead she refund me the 7 dollars cost of 1 smoothie for her mistake she ask me to pay the full amount again of what I paid. and tell me to wait a day to refund my money. the refund policy is not good because of there mistake you will repay double amount of your total cost you pay them
