CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - Downtown

Always go here. My go to drink is always caramel chocolate and similarly I order that today and I got this , I don’t even know what this is , tastes like absolute garbage.

Drink was Great, didn't know the place was closed and they still took my order! 10/10 service and drinks!!

The kids love the mango drinks with pearls here. The onlong milk tea with tea jelly isn't bad either.

I order and the staff had mistake on the total amount that I need to pay but instead she refund me the 7 dollars cost of 1 smoothie for her mistake she ask me to pay the full amount again of what I paid. and tell me to wait a day to refund my money. the refund policy is not good because of there mistake you will repay double amount of your total cost you pay them

I love their drinks and staff here!! I just hope they'll add more people especially on a weekend. It took more than 15 minutes just to order and wait for my drink. 😄

I've been to several bubble tea spots , but the staff at Coco Fresh Tea in downtown truly stand out and amazing service. Friendly staff with a beautiful smile 😍 😊 😃 always in thier face.They stay upbeat and efficient.
The drinks are consistently delicious , and I appreciate how clean and organized the place is.Great vibes all around definitely one of my go 🚶‍♂️ - to spots.👍👍👍

The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. I like their good customer service. The drinks tastes a lot better than what I have expected.

The staff didn’t ask the customer if we wants to put a toppings on our milktea . He is rushing and didn’t pay attention because the store is going to close soon!!!He is not good in customer service and need to improved!!!!!

They don’t make their milk tea to order, it’s premade and in huge jugs that they just pour from. Seems pretty lazy considering the store wasn’t busy at all

I ordered the Sago Taro Milk Tea, it was really delicious and refreshing. :) The space was clean, calm, inviting, and beautiful. Glad you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for bubble tea here, $7 for a large is awesome. The staff are really welcoming, kind, communicative, and helpful. The order was fast and I received my drink quite fast, it was impressive. The only issue I have is that the space feels quite humid and hot, I feel bad for the workers there. Nobody deserves to work in a humid and uncomfortable environment, hopefully they can get some air conditioning in as soon as possible.

As always be whenever i come here staffs are so kind and never been disappointed of the way they treat customer.And aside from that i am always satisfied on their drinks,how fresh it is.So if youre looking a great one Coco is the best!! be back again here!!

It's always a great visit! The people working there were so friendly and accommodating. Most of the drinks I tried were freshly made. I highly recommend this store.
