Bubble tea is always good, but the service is not good. I walked in and wasn’t greeted for a good 10 minutes. Not even a simple hello. I decided to say hello and all I got was a rude stare back. This is not the first time, so I am finally writing about it. I think management needs to have a talk to their staff regarding basic customer service skills. For this I am giving 2 stars.

I ordered a Winter melon Tea with lychee popping bubbles (extra $) and requested LESS ice (level below this is NO ice) , but they gave me what seemed like 50% of the cup ice & were stingy on the toppings..they also didn't have Sago ready when I asked.The tea was nothing special either & for $7 , it should not disappoint.

I want to express my disappointment with the service I received from the lady who took my order tonight ! She was so rude, I was honestly taken back.As a regular customer, this interaction was disheartening and disappointing.

Disappointed with the paper straws that Coco has decided to use. They disintegrate fairly quickly in a bubble tea drink and you can definitely taste the paper. Other BBT places have switched to alternatives which are way better.
Got charged for an extra drink and the lady took it back and through it in the garbage so had to pay twice for one drink, complained about it and still after 3 months nothing. Horrible service the one girl who was rude to me was even yelling at her own co worker.
