Great customer service staffs are very friendly and place is clean

They aren’t that consistent with how they make orders. I get the same order all the time and sometimes its too sweet, sometimes its bland.

The brown sugar was really good, pleasantly surprised. It smelled a lil funny in there though.

My go to bubble tea spot! Even after trying other places, I always end up craving cocos and coming back! The avocado smoothie is ??? and their classic milk tea is always good!

I've left a few reviews here, none of them got shown publically (probably Google shenanigans) so I'm posting a new one.

my mom and I came in yesterday. first, there was work noise clatter in the background that could be REALLY loud at times. I had to raise my voice to be heard while placing an order.

when my mom paid, she was readying her phone to tap the card machine. the cashier must have assumed she was distracted, since once the machine was good to go, they said "It's ready" twice-likely thinking my mom didn't hear her the first time. to put it another way, it was rude.

finally, I've usually seen Coco workers-at least from this location-wipe liquid off the lids before serving them. unfortunately, that didn't happen this time, which you can see in the pictures below (it's more visible in the second than the first one, though).

the drinks were made according to order and mine tasted good, so I'm giving another star for that. but the service here has clearly taken a turn for the worse. I won't be coming back here for a while.
