They have a lot options, I also like that it is possible to custom the drink by putting more or less ice or sugar, which is important.

The drinks are same as any other Coco location....if they can get it right. I get the same thing every time - milk tea with grass jelly. Since I've started counting, in the last 28 times I've been here, they've gotten my order wrong 8 times and overcharged me 3 times (charging for both boba and jelly). This only seems to happen when the male asian worker takes the order.
If this wasn't the closest tea place to my house, I'd never come to this location.

I dont usually write reviews but I am to disappointed by the service I received today !! First off, the service was slow. I waited far longer than I should have for a simple drink so I missed my bus and when it finally arrived, it tasted different— not what I was used to. The staff wasn’t any better; they were impatient and unhelpful. There was a big guy behind the counter who looked completely lost, like he had no idea what he was doing. To top it off, the cup was sticky, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
