I had to wait for 15 mins while watching people that ordered after me get served first.
They made us a free drink after we accidentally spilled ours! Thank you cocos ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I order and the staff had mistake on the total amount that I need to pay but instead she refund me the 7 dollars cost of 1 smoothie for her mistake she ask me to pay the full amount again of what I paid. and tell me to wait a day to refund my money. the refund policy is not good because of there mistake you will repay double amount of your total cost you pay them
i order a boba today and the staff members are so nice and they are approachable. they were also helpful for the orders!!
Great costumer service
We always order online from this place as its always busy. The avocado smoothy is always a top notch. only 4 star due to the last time the cup wasn’t wiped and dripping. but still a good place to order milk teas and smoothies. friendly staff and always welcoming
I had a really disappointing experience at CoCo in West Edmonton Mall. First off, they don’t seem to collect points for the CoCo app at this location, which defeats the whole purpose of using their loyalty program. When I asked about it, the staff couldn’t give a clear explanation. On top of that, I requested less ice in my brown sugar drink, which is a pretty standard customization, but they refused to accommodate it without any valid reason. It felt like they just didn’t care about customer preferences or loyalty. Overall, not worth the hassle if you want to earn rewards or customize your drink properly.

Bad experience today: Staff did wrong drink twice and last time even did not give full cup. No compensation for waiting them completed 3 times. Very disappointed for the service. Flavor still good though.

We ordered 5 drinks and 3 of the drinks were the Mango Dream with Sago, 50% sweet. They were much too sweet and the sago was undercooked/ raw.
The boba is ok, don't play the claw game, it's completely rigged
