I feel incredibly bad for the employees. Why are there only TWO staff members working on a long weekend SATURDAY?? Waited about 27 minutes for two drinks. There were about 30 customers inside the store waiting for their drinks too. Staff were understanding and apologized for the slow speed. Drinks are still good.
We always order online from this place as its always busy. The avocado smoothy is always a top notch. only 4 star due to the last time the cup wasn’t wiped and dripping. but still a good place to order milk teas and smoothies. friendly staff and always welcoming
This Coco location is one we visit every time we go to WEM. Usually the bubble tea is fantastic. Today I noticed while waiting that the orders being prepared seemed way more “milk” coloured than usual. While I thought that was a bit odd I didn’t think much of it. After getting our drinks, we left to head home. Our drinks were definitely made differently that usual. I’m not sure if the ratios have changed in the last few months but it was disappointing to have a milk...
