Don’t bother ordering ahead cos they won’t make it until you get there 20min after you order anyways. What’s the point in ordering ahead…ridiculous.
I came in to grab some drinks earlier in the evening and the girl cashier with glasses was so sweet and the drinks were great!

I would like to share feedback about my experience during my visit. The lady working on the till seemed to need more training on customer service. She did not greet us properly, rushed us while we were placing our order, and gave the impression that she was irritated that we came in to buy.
I believe some additional training in customer service and communication would help ensure customers feel welcomed and respected.
If you can’t eat because of chemo
This is the only thing I can drink and keep hydrated
Really good drinks at this location! But, turn down the music Please!!!!! It is so loud that you can't hear yourself think!

The milk tea was delicious, but staff rushed me while I was trying to place my order. That lady kept asking “ANYTHIGNS ELSE” before I could even finish saying what I wanted. It felt very impatient and unprofessional! This really affected my experience.

Great service. I came in with my online order and they were backed up but they were able to make my order after a big rush.
Can you guys get more people on the team?

Really nice drink (but costumer service is not as great) … No sugar added (no need it’s already suit from the passion fruit). I didn’t gave a 5 star simply because the cashier was speaking very low and i felt rushed (even though i mentioned it was my first time there) … there was no one else in The store and i had a few questions but i was kind of brushed off. Great drink though thanks (i am just never coming back)
