Coco Fried Chicken Granville

Used to love the soy garlic chicken here, but it seems more watery than before, and the soy garlic doesn't even have enough sauce to really have much flavor. Why so stingy on the soy garlic sauce? The amount I got was just pathetic

The taste changed, and the barrel is too thick and overcooked. The chicken was pretty valuable, but I tasted bitter now. I won't buy it again.

They told me 15 min. I waited 40 minutes and longer. Then they served 2 orders before mine. The girl couldn't even apologize or update me on my order. I'm not going to order from this place again

Very good chicken. Only Korean chicken restaurant that I would order from.

Extremely kind people and the chicken is awesome by the person that requested it. . Bought it for someone the lives in Kamloops. It's her favorite chicken, Snow Cheese. The lady that served me was fantastic. Definitely try it out.

First time ordering from them. I wanted to try everything so I tried calling but no one was answering so I ordered through Door Dash and bought one 12pcs half & half (soy garlic & snow cheese) and one 6pcs sweet & hot.
A few minutes later, rather than calling me, they adjusted my order of the half & half to a 6pc sweet & hot and refunded the rest. When I got there in-person to confirm my order and asked about the adjustments made, they said that they ran out of the snow cheese. But rather than getting a 6pcs sweet & hot and 6pcs soy garlic, my whole order was sweet & hot. Very disappointed :(

Place is called coco deep fried “CHICKEN” but when my family and I came in, they said that they ran out of chicken. I think they were just lazy cooking up more for us as it was 1 hour before closing. If that was the case they should change their closing time. Customer service is horrible!

Long wait, overcooked bland chicken with skimpy dip/sauce, seriously you pay nearly 20 dollars and you get less than a shot glass of sauce which if you want more they make you pay for more. Also pretty careless customer service.

Not worth the higher cost when the bar for Korean chicken is so much higher.

Used to love this place but something definitely changed. When we got our Soy Garlic chicken, it looked undercooked, as if the oil was too high or they put too much batter on it. Feels like this place fell off which sucks because I used to love coming here

This was my birthday party and my friend ordered $250 worth of food that would be delivered. We ordered it days in advance with confirmation that it would be ready on time. However, on the day of the party, it was NOT delivered at the time we ordered. Even further, when we called, they just said they didn’t know where the driver was. Then ignored our calls the next 4-5 times. Eventually, some of us went to the location and had to pick up the food, which had been sitting there for over an hour and had gone cold. The food was not good anyways. The minimal compensation was not worth the trouble and did not make up for the experience. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We waited for 2 hours for our food. They did not update us that they didn’t deliver. Food came cold. It was our big birthday party. No communication. Food came cold. Order for $200. Horrible service no communication. Never ordering here again. They only gave 10% discount and 6 cans of pop for cold chicken. Would give zero if I could.

Delivery never came. We had to drive there and pick it up after we tried reaching out and they blocked our calls… and they gave us cold chicken, 90 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Owner tried to play victim when we asked for compensation for the inconvenience, claiming she would have to lay off all her workers.
