I Got scammed!!, the $10 8” pizza costed $40 after delivery and i had food poisoning for a week afterwards… i am writing this a week later still throwing up anything i eat. I will be going to the hospital today

Took almost 2 hours to deliver pizza. They did not want to take anything off, said “well we have to cook the pizza”. It was cold and doughy! Very arrogant, the customer is wrong, they are right! Never again!

Do not be deceived by the seemingly low prices as the delivery fee for us was 20$! On top of that it took around 2 hours to get the pizza and even after all of that wait the pizza was not good at all, I swear I have had better frozen pizza. Also the service on the phone was very demanding, the guy had the audacity to hang up on me. So no do not order this, spend the couple extra dollars for the better places, it probably is not even cheaper.

I reccomned do not try to eat food here. They use low quality products. They do not treat employess in right and fair way. Working over there is very hard and employer is not very coporative and he didn’t pay on time.

Was in Edmonton visiting family staying at the Sandman Inn West. We decided to order in and saw the Columbus menu in room and ordered. Delivered on time and food was good, in particular the Beef Donair Pizza and salt and pepper wings. Recommended!

😡🤢🤢🤡Do Not Recommend This Restaurant at All & Fantansyland Hotel should stop adversiting this Nasty place. No Good Service and Very unprofessional in that matter. I spent over 100 to feed my family here lastnight and we found Red hair inside our food 🤮🤮🤢 called to make a complaint all he said I would get a free pizza if I ordered something else and wouldn't give me my refund back. Called in 3x to speak with a manager that guy also kept misleading me information. Very disgusting 🫣 SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! YOU SCROLL DOWN THERES SO MANY BAD REVIEWS!!!

Waited for over an hour for food we ordered. They continued to ignore us and finally started making the order after we asked. Served about 8 other guests while still not making the food. Left soon after because my nephew stepped on a cockroach. Definitely not worth it.

I waited over 2 hours for a chicken poutine, large pizza and an order of dry ribs. When it finally came we got someone else’s order. We got two medium pizzas and the ribs. And it was ice cold. I called about the issue and they said they could resend the order but after 2.5 hours and ice cold food we did not want to wait. I just asked for a refund and he said “we don’t do refunds”. First time I’ve ever heard that. This is illegal as I didn’t receive the items I paid for lmfao. $83 for someone else order and no refund. This place should get shut down. Got scammed out of $83 and ice cold WRONG food.

Horrible experience.

First - as someone who has spent twenty years as a Chef: change your deep fryer oil more often. I instantly could tell it has not been changed in several days. Tasted like a rainbow of fried stuff. Big red flag. I've worked in restaurants that do this and it immediately reminds me of a potential dirty - and definitely unorganized place.

Delivery took awhile. Order was all wrong. Dough wasn't proofed properly - toppings thrown on and not spaced properly which causes Inconsistent cooking. If you fail the dough, the pizza fails.

The cost. Oh boy - whaaaaaaa? What caused this place to not honor the coupon and charge me extra for a subpar product that

The reviews speak for themselves. Rushed, lack of quality. Obviously don't care since they do nothing to improve customer dissatisfaction - you can tell there is a lack of passion for food and customers. What's the point of running a restaurant if you don't have love for food?

Should of just made my own. Infact, my daughter made better dough when I made some with her last month.

Ordered an 8” pizza, poutine and 2 orders of bread sticks. Waited 2 hours for delivery, cold food and all pizza toppings were wrong. Food may be ok but I didn’t even eat the pizza as it was soggy and not what I ordered. For the $70 it cost me I will not be ordering from here again.

Left their flyer at our hotel, we called to order pizza. Guy on the phone said I have to ask boss for price, and then "boss" gave us a price of $70 when we already calculated it to be $60, we then told him we are ok and proceeded to hang up and he interrupted and said no no $60.

My gramma ordered an appy platter from here last night. It took 2hours for delivery. It was cold and it tasted like garbage.

I really don't know what to say, the pizza was ok, but the absolute hubris to call yourself pizza and donair when you put Mayonnaise on a donair pizza ......

It's an absolute abomination ...........

If you have absolutely no idea how to make a donair pizza please just take it off your menu don't subject people to this experiment you have going on ....
