We got a pamphlet for this pizza place at our hotel on our vacation. Should have checked the reviews before ordering here.. ugh!

Ordered 2 super donairs for $30, they gave 2 kids donairs and said this is the new super. Stay hungry and don't give a penny

Poor services treated like garbage when I made an actual complaint. Swear by these people but this visit was disgustingly disrespectful and I’ll never support them again

Legendary donairs. With the signature tin foil wrapping 👌 😍 just a small place to eat . But the food is the best . Still wanna try the oysters there

Seems a common issue of super delayed delivery and lies. They had slipped their menus under the hotel room doors which l didn't realize until after. The hotel doesn't supply any menus in their rooms. Ordered a single pizza and donair for myself and two hungry kids at 9:10pm on a Thursday night. Order process was easy but I wasn't given a delivery time. I phoned back at 10:04pm and was told someone would be at my door in one minute. At 10:19pm I phoned them and told them to cancel the order. Again I was told driver be right there and we give you discount but I told him no to which he promptly put the phone down. I recieved a call to say he was here to deliver food to me which again I promptly rejected. This was 10:34pm. A full 1 hr and 20 minutes after our order. If this was a Saturday evening order I can understand but not a regular Thursday night. Choose another restaurant if you want food delivered without the hassle.

Honestly ordered and it took over 4 hours long to get here it was cold the order wasn’t even right. They gave a 7 dollar discount because it was 4 hours late instead of it being free. It was more expensive than the menu because I ordered on the phone… terrible all the way around. Coke was hot too.

We ordered food super excited, it was around 845pm and we are from out of town and getting hungry. They told us about an hour, ok no worries. 2 hours and our food still wasnt at the hotel. I called 3 times and they keeping saying just a couple more minutes. I ended up cancelling our order because i have kids that were starving at that point. The manager didnt get the hint over the phone and kept arguing with me. I wouldnt suggest this place if you got hungry children to feed unless you order a few hours in advance.

Don’t order here if you want delivery. Ended up calling and cancelling and going else where for food as the kids were starving and we weren’t expecting that long of a wait time. Atleast tell us this on the phone . Called 3 separate times to be told “it’ll be there any minute” when it never showed up. Stay away. Order somewhere else .

Pretty sad when their online menu sucks. Supposedly cant get a poutine with a sandwich with out ordering it separately. They dont strain their lettuce for salads either go to open the package and got soaked from the water in the bag around the container, not to mention soggy crutons gross. Wont be ordering from here again very disappointed.

Highly praised for their donairs,I appreciate it is the best in Edmanton. A great pizzas experience often includes fresh ingredients,a flavorful sauce,and generous portions.I come here often to eat tasty yummy yummy food....
