The bouncers are probably the best part of the staff, the bartenders are always slow asf demand tips and over charge just enough they hope you won't notice, why does one bartender charge me 7.50 for a beer but the next charge me 9.75

There were some real creeps here. This particular guy I told the bouncer to keep an eye on, the bouncer laughed it off. Ladies, be careful. On the other side of darkness, it is a pile of fun for people of all ages!

Worst club in Edmonton. Overpriced drinks, overcrowded, way too loud, and the staff clearly don't care about their jobs. The bouncers are a joke—they actually look into the stalls while you're trying to use the bathroom. Seriously? I thought this was a nightclub, not a gathering for perverts.

My friend was too drunk on Saturday and got kicked out which I don’t disagree with happening. However, they kicked her out in the cold with NO JACKET! It was freezing luckily the nice security guard grabbing her jacket let me come inside to warm up and grab mine… I feel like the situation could’ve been handled much better as it was just her and they easily could've just let her in to grab her jacket. Sadly this is not my first poor experience here. Most of the staff are so rude for no reason !! I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Haha don’t sell alcohol at 1:55am and then shove people out of the establishment at 2am and act like we are the dickheads for trying to drink the drinks we paid for. Cute cowboy hats. Too bad you have no class.
You over served literally everyone. In case you want to argue me about that, I’ll ask you what the limit is for standard drinks you can serve a single person at the bar? Because 5 standard drinks is too much to serve to one person, even though you under pour. I shouldn’t be able to order 3 beers and three shots and walk away from your bar without verifying who the drinks are for.
It’s winter in Canada. You’d think, after the amount of deaths we’ve had from people freezing, that you’d be more conscientious about letting people wait on their cabs.
Your bar is a joke. Used to love Cook. I spent the last three weeks looking forward to coming. But here we are.

Came with a group of friends on Saturday Oct. 26 at 9:40 p.m. My two male friends were jokingly slow dancing together and a staff member came up to one of my friends and said, “literally kill yourselves”. One of my friends confronted him and then was kicked out. No staff member should act like that especially a security guard. Super unprofessional, extremely disappointed with this establishment. Get better security who don’t power trip

Terrible service by bartenders. Bartender with a red and black flannel was very annoying and disrespectful. Never coming back. Was 4 minutes before last call and he said no because “he was closing the bar” even though it was before last call. What a piss off
