Waited 15 minutes for what tastes like a microwaved egg and cheese that definitely wasn’t made fresh as it was hot on one side and cold on the other. Don’t know why the rating is this high cause this is below Tim Hortons level.

Egg and cheese sandwich is the best. Personally I preferred ordering the 6-assorted cookies and the lady behind the counter was extremely polite, friendly and professional. Her name is Lorraine. I will definitely come back.

I was in downtown last Friday and my friend recommended me this place. I was so confused what to get then the owner came to me personally and recommended me the chipotle mango sub. It was amazing, the best I have ever ate and I definitely recommend going to cookie love. Very good customer service also.

I stopped by Cookie Love this morning and had my very first Americano—I’m not usually a coffee drinker, but I really enjoyed it! The staff were incredibly friendly, and everything felt fresh and inviting. I ended up coming back later for a fresh egg salad sandwich and an espresso, both of which were excellent. I’ll definitely be returning tomorrow for my second espresso!

Lorraine at cookie love in the MNP building in Edmonton is a breath of fresh air, her bubbly personality and bright pleasant demeanor is a welcome sight while grabbing my morning coffeee when we stay at sandman signature inn.
The yogurt and granola as well as home made muffins and cookies are super yummy.
Make sure you check cookie love out in the mnp building if you are downtown Edmonton on and you will be greeted with a beautiful smile and yummy snacks.
Thank you Lorraine 🤩

Fabulous cookie shop & lunch stop. They provide catering for various local businesses downtown, and it's always delicious. They offer several options for baked goods, sandwiches, fresh fruit offerings, and frozen treats. They also have gluten-free cookie options (individually packaged). Their coffee is good, too! The owners are always friendly and positive. There are a few tables & chairs for eating on-site.

A little disappointed this morning. Ordered the breakfast cheese bacon egg sandwich. Only to find that there was no bacon or cheese. The bun was burnt. I binned it after 2 bites. Maybe a one off, everyone has a bad day.

Great place! I had cookies delivered to my wife's office and I'm briefly in the good books. Let's see if that survives me hogging the TV for MLB playoffs.

Always a great experience. I am sort of a regular there having my office in the same building. They have some great options with Kabab Rolls, some delightful chicken options in the subs, amazing cookies, and a very nice Tomato soup which is a must-try with grilled sandwiches. It is quick, convenient, and filling in a reasonable price considering a downtown location.

Vegetarian options: Got some good vegetarian options.

Their specialty coffee is perfect- far better than your usual Starbucks. The owner is so smiley and positive and lovely. Definitely the kind of person you want to talk to as you start your day.
And this might sound odd, but the kids on the coffee cups make you never want another type of lid again. You’ll see.

So a local recommended this to me, since I was staying in the Sandman Signature next door. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a coffee (which were great) but the headline is really about the cookies. I grabbed a 6-pack of the Triple Chocolate Chip (one of their bestsellers) and just loved them. They are the crumbly, soft kinds and it's tough not to eat just one. Highly recommend if you're near by. They have a variety of cookies and I wish I'd gotten more, but had to catch a flight back home.

Wow! Cookie Love just keeps getting better. From cookies and other sweets they added soup and toasted sandwich offerings. Now they have also added a made-to-order submarine sandwich bar. With a wide range of toppings including a range of cold cuts, cheese, and fresh vegetable toppings you can choose all of your favourites. I tried the Cajun Chicken with fresh lettuce, tomato, cucumber. olives, and peppers - toasted! It was delicious.

I bought the triple chip and shortbread cookies today. I asked for fresh triple chip cookies and they sold me an old pack. On my second shortbread cookie I found a hair baked in... This place has declined tremendously and cookies are no longer their specialty.
