Terrible coffee tastes like it was made with mostly water - cookies are noticeably smaller, yet cost more, and service was aggressive - multiple attempts to upsell without a smile. Stop trying to rip us off!

My friend I decided to order the orange ice cream float off the menu. Employees were rude and grouchy at us after struggling to figure out how to put our order in their system. one of them rolled her eyes at us when we ordered the second float. 0/10 service for such a simple order from the menu. I went there after my final and the girl there was really rude and when she gave me my cookie it was really hard to the point you couldn’t even bite into it.

Cookies were delicious as always. Their rice krispie was disappointing but I don’t know it deserves to get a star removed for that. Maybe.
I’ve tried a variety of cupcakes and cookies and I just have to say wow! The peanut butter and oatmeal cookies stole the show for me as well as the snickerdoodle cupcake. Most definitely the best bakery I have ever been to and not to mention they ship nation-wide which is awesome for me as I live in a different province! Staff were incredibly kind and efficient, as well as management! 5 stars all the way, highly recommend this bakery to either stop in for a quick treat or if you need an edible arrangement for gifts or special occasions. ??

Peanutbutter cookies do not taste like peanutbutter cookies. I thinknthey are forgetting to add the peanut butter.
I came here at 10am on friday and at 915 on thursday and even though they are usually quite busy, they manage to process you from the cash til to getting your drink in about 2 minutes. they are very efficient, drinks are consistent each time I go there and their service is good.
