My first experience in this store: kingswaymall. Their cookies are very good, but I had a very bad experience with the Canadian woman with the tattoo. Her treatment is very bad. She does not laugh even with young children, and she has no tact with the customers who passed before me or after me.

Wow I have no words ….. I got a coffee from here earlier in the day , totally forgot to grab sugar went to reheat my coffee hours later and I got my co worker to go grab me some sugar from there. The lady who’s working today said she couldn’t give her any unless she buys another coffee. I don’t need another coffee I needed sugar. If this is new policy please let me know because that is ridiculous.

Cookies were pretty good, not spectacular but I will not be back because they asked for a tip on the debit machine. There wasn't even an option for no tip so I hit the % button and put 0%. All you did was reach for two overpriced cookies and now you want a tip for service. Not a chance. Won't be back.
Best cookie I ever try.

The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. When they were delivered later things went perfectly. We will definitely be using them in the future! Amazing cookies and impeccable service. Thank you so much!
I asked my sister to get my 4 milk chocolate chunk cookies from West Edmonton Mall store in Canada. She didn't check when she left the store (as when you ask for things you want, you generally think you'll get it. Lessons learnt). Anyways, she got home after a 2 hour drive back and they are all oatmeal and raisin. What a waste of money. No one eats them!?!? Simple requests clearly cannot be understood at this store 🤬🤬 never to return.
This was a family vacation, we were there for 2 nights, we enjoyed the stay very much. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. We will stay again when we visit Edmonton. Highly recommend this hotel.
Fantastic staff!!! Great size rooms, with a kitchenette!!! Awesome price!!!! Family vaca; airport, west Edmonton mall, then onto the next destination...this Staybridge Suites Hotel was the perfect fit for us.

My husband and I stayed at the Staybridge this past month and were surprised at how lovely the experience was! The breakfast was a huge hit - lots of variety and high quality food. The staff was friendly and attentive, all the way down to the maintenance main who helped us find our room haha! The king bed was quite comfortable; both my husband and I slept surprisingly well for being not in our own home. Having a kitchen available was a huge plus for saving money on eating out. However, the location of the hotel offers access to just about every restaurant you could want… oh, and West Edmonton Mall. Will definitely choose this Staybridge for our next trip to Edmonton!
We had a fantastic stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was spacious, and we actually slept really well on the beds! The price point was excellent. It’s also close to some delicious spots to eat… if you go get pho get the onion cake!
We booked the one bedroom king suite. It has a separate bedroom with doors between the kitchen and living room area (with a sofa bed). The beds are super comfortable, as are the pillows. The pillows aren’t so fluffy that your neck is sore the next day, they’re perfect. The kitchenette comes with a small sized fridge/freezer, stove top, dishwasher and standard cutlery/plates/glasses. While there is no laundry option in the room, the hotel offers free laundry service to their guests that you can access on the main floor. Just remember to bring your own washer/dryer sheets, or you can purchase for the front desk. The breakfast here is superb, there’s usually a choice of parfait, egg, sausage or bacon, cubed potatoes, fruit, waffles, etc. Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they offer appys in the breakfast area in the evening. The pool is standard and quiet, there is no hot tub. The hotel is pet friendly, and has a large field behind to walk with your pet. We haven’t needed to contact the staff for much, as the hotel has thought ahead and has pretty much every need you could want or need met ahead of time. The staff is friendly and kind, always greeting us as we leave and return to the hotel.
Excellent stay with our family in the suite with kitchenette. Everything we needed to have a comfortable extended stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with a large stand up fridge. BBQ outside in the lounge area if you wanted. Pool and exercise facilities. Daily breakfast was available and so were appetizers Mon - Wed. Not the highest quality appies, but it was fun for a little social. Some people were treating it like a free dinner, but you know to each their own, and this also included a couple alcoholic beverages or pops. Big field behind for walking the dog (they are pet friendly here) or playing ball with the kids. Great stay.
I go here (Kingsway mall) about 2x a week. Girls are extremely niceBut just wishing you had more choices for coffee than 2.
