We ordered through uber eats a special 2for1 benny. The food got to my home to find only one order, besides it was cold. WE GOT SCREWED!!! We spent over 30$ for it turns out to be only 2 eggs, some fry’s and a half cup of fruit.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!

Came here for a birthday brunch mid September. Food was tasting good until I bit into something, spit it out, and it turns out it was an artificial nail. I was shocked and called the server over who had the meal remade. The manager on duty (I assume as she was different from the server) came over to apologize and inform me that she checked everyone’s nails on staff and none of them were wearing artificial nails. Great, but could this not have happened during food preparation on a different day? Because I definitely didn’t bring loose nails to plant into my food?? When bringing me new cutlery, the manager also indiscreetly took a close look at my nails (which were bare). We paid the bill in full and left. It seemed as if the staff took no accountability for this mishap and put the blame onto me. We weren’t expecting them to compensate us, but as someone who has worked in the food industry it’s absolutely unacceptable to find a fake nail in your food from a reputable establishment and compensation is the absolute LEAST that could have been done. I emailed customer service as well and have not heard from them at all. This was a very disappointing experience.

I visited this place with my best friend 2 months ago on 9 June. I was visiting my friend for the weekend and on my last day in Edmonton, I had my breakfast with him at this place for the first time. The service was quite exceptional. The male staff member (I cannot remember his name but I do vaguely remember his face) was very kind and helped us with choosing the items. He was patient with me and my friend due to our deafness and it went smoothly. The food was really good and exceeded my expectations. I might visit this place again when I go to Edmonton again in the future.
Staff is amazing! Always making us feel welcome and always sharing giggles and smiles throughout the meal. Food is always fresh and delicious. Everything has been very clean.

I eat at Cora’s quite a bit but this location had exemplary service!! The hostess, the waitress ( Lynette) everyone working was super professional and went that little bit extra that no one seems to do anymore. The food was great ( as always) but outstanding service.

Quite disappointing. Ordered a skillet and there wasn’t a whole lot there especially for a dish that’s over $20.
I thought it was fair to give them a second chance but sadly it was just as disappointing as the last visit. The service is great and the atmosphere is alright but I am going to a restaurant for food. The French toast reminded me of the french toast scene from the movie Road Trip.
The saddest part of all of this is Cora was the best but now it is no better than Denny’s or Smitty’s.
