We had Matt and his team cater our wedding the other week! They were truly awesome to deal with! Matt gave us a great tasting and offered to do a second one for other family members that wanted to try. His flexibility, communication and willingness to help with things unrelated to catering were awesome. He really went the extra mile for us. His food was absolutely AMAZING! We received so many compliments on the meal he prepared! There was no shortage of food and we even got to take home delicious leftovers! His staff the day off were great as well! We can’t wait to stop in soon and get a meal!

Disappointing. Had the Brisket, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. First I actually ordered the Corn salad but received the coleslaw but didn't want to bother the nice service. Mac and cheese was a flavorless sauce with plain pasta and cheese, Coleslaw was just like the ones from the grocery store in a bag but with little to no sauce/dressing. Brisket was the only decent part, not dry but lacking flavor and BBQ sauce. Would give one last shot on other sides and pulled pork.

The food was amazing on the big day! We did a whole hog dinner and our guests could not stop raving about the pork all night! We hired Cornerstone BBQ to cater our daughter’s wedding which was in a remote location with no services on a very hot summer day. They arrived with their trucks and served up the most amazing smoked dinner we have ever had!!! Matt was so pleasant to work with, making sure we got exactly what we wanted but yet realistic with what was seasonally available for the sides, as they like to work with local producers.They were all so pleasant to have as a part of our day.I highly recommend them for ANY event!! The brisket is to die for sling with everything else. From start to finish these guys got everything prepped out, cleanup up and communication was excellent. Everyone raved about the good! Would definitely hire as a food truck or to cater a wedding! Fabulous!!
