This is by far one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had. As you can see in the photo, the pizza we received was completely undercooked – doughy, soggy, and inedible. The cheese was barely melted, and the toppings were raw. It felt like it was thrown in the oven for 2 minutes and then handed over like it was good to go.
What makes it worse is that the guy taking our order got into an argument with my friend. After that, instead of staying at the front, he went to the back – and he was the one who ended up making our pizza. It honestly felt intentional. You don’t mess with someone’s food, especially when you’re in the wrong.
If you’re thinking of trying this place, save your money and your stomach. There are plenty of spots in town that actually care about quality and respect their customers. This was unacceptable and felt personal.

Cosmic delivered to our hotel late at night. The pizza was fantastic -super hot and fresh. The man who delivered was so gracious and kind. They went out of their way for us. I have never had service like this in a big city EVER. Don’t go anywhere else if you are in the downtown area.

Ordered two pizzas from this company and we received them cold. When we called to complain they said they put out a good product and it was up to us to contact skip the dishes to rectify the issue. The person on the phone was rude and said that it wasn’t their problem, they need better customer service. We won’t be ordering from them again because it wasn’t worth the money we paid.

Their sauce could use a bit for salt and spices for more flavour (I added a little salt and Italian herbs and it was perfect).but the pizzas great and it’s cooked perfectly. I h of hot reccomend this place. The mediums are a bit smaller then some places so go for a large for two people .. see photo for scale of pizza 73 comparison. Not sure who I’d pick first but they’re both great.

Absolutely love the pineapple donairs. Tried the pineapple donair pizza today and it was amazing. 10/10 recommend.
Dietary restrictions: They allow me to achieve donair perfection (maybe a little bit of pregnancy privilege) with the pineapple. Also they are halal.
