Their food is great but whenever we order for delivery it takes a MINIMUM of one hour to get the order. Everytime. Unfortunately there are too many other options out there that have reasonable turnaround times for orders.

We ordered pizza and wings on 29 Ramadan for Iftar. Pizza were over cooked almost burnt. ( picked up)
I didn’t think any one will eat that after whole day fasting. Poor service. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could I would not even put a star. Ordered a medium pizza and asked for double pepperoni but the pictures tell no lies!!! Not even close to double pepperoni. You can clearly see some slices have two pepperoni and some have three also I asked for Salami but that is not even. Yes I get it that pepperoni shrinks but it doesn’t just disappear. I emailed the owner Rohit but he didn’t bother to email me back or call. Worst customer service. I’ve been ordering the same kind of pizza since they opened but honestly I will never order from these scammers again. I got charged double pepperoni for not even being double pepperoni!!!!
Instead of owning up and correcting your mistake they couldn’t be bothered.

I gave them a positive review a few months ago for having a great value on their donair poutine in comparison to other places. Their response to this? Jack up the price by 25% and reduce portions. Absolutely shameless, will never order from this chain again.

On the evening of Jan 10/25 we ordered a $15.00 medium donair thin crust pizza with black olives and green peppers. The pizza was edible, however, the toppings were next to nothing. To make matters worse, the pizza was over-cooked and the cheeze was almost burnt.

I called and mentioned this to the original lady who took our order. She was apologetic, however, she took me by surprise saying upper management had instructed them to use less topping because of their rising costs.

Customers should not have to experience this sort thing. The lady might have at least asked how they could make it better. We wern't looking for a free pizza but a future discount might have brought us back.

A few days before this, we ordered 2 medium donairs, and because they were okay, I'm leaving 3 stars. We've orered pizza last summer from Cosmic and it was satisfactory, but now, we won't be ordering anymore pizzas.

I should have taken a photo first but one should never have to expect this from take-out food. Having said that, I recommend all customers take photos of their orders from Cosmic Pizza & Donair.
NOTE: We often buy $3.00 Presidents Choice medium pizzas from Shoppers Drug Mart. I bring it home and doctor it up a bit and believe me, it tastes better than any pizza from Cosmic Pizza & Donair.

I strongly suggest that they clean up the lobby a bit; wipe down the cooler doors, the counters, walls and main entrance door. It looks a little dingy inside.

This people they don't care about custmer, and they keep playing with the price when ever they want . who ever own this restaurant he/she is greedy , they don't have price constancy. Very poor management system.

Went for donairs Dec 3rd 12:30 for work lunch, absolutely worst we’ve had, both of us had same experience, not sure if because it’s was his first time making or because he was on the phone the entire time! Meat came from the back so guessing refrigerated, we opened them up and yup ice cold, runny, and slimy, sauce running out like water, sorry donairs should be warm and fresh, flavour was good but we could not finish them, $ 33.00 for nothing, just check your food before you pay for it 🤷‍♂️

They put the different type of meat instead of chicken and when called to ask the lady started arguing and did not accommodate. Ridiculous service. Don’t trust the good reviews as the lady force to put good review before giving the order.

Update: It was clearly beef on it not chicken.

I ordered classic vegetarian pizza and punjabi style veggie pizza but they made both pizza's classic vegetarian. I am totally disappointed with these pizza's. I ordered chili flakes and oregano's but they didn't send. The pizza's I received were totally tasteless and they were sweet in taste. The worst pizza's I had in my life ever.
