It took approximately one hour to order a cheese and another hour to order our main course and 45 minutes to order one more dish so they need more help
Very thoughtful and knowledgeable server. We got great recommendations and enjoyed every dish we tried. Great little place for intimate dates or small group meetings.
Excellent little wine bar! Food and service on point. Cocktails were excellent and a really good wine list. Room is small but has a European feel.
The server was very helpful, friendly, and witty. She came at the right time, never intrusive. The food was fantastic, all interesting and flavourful - we had the bread flight, roasted broccoli, bison, and black forest cake. Highly recommend this place.
What a charming Parisian style wine bar and Bistro! The ambiance is cozy and the cocktails superb. We went on half price oyster night and found the shellfish to be very fresh accompanied by a choice of a nice vinaigrette or hot sauce. The bread board is great with many locally baked options. The cheese selection was ample. We truly enjoyed our server Kourtney. Look forward to our return.
This was our first time at this amazing restaurant. We expected only good wine but also got great cocktails and wonderful gourmet food. Each of the dishes was perfect and what you would expect only at a fine dining restaurant. We will be back!
Really good spot to eat - the menu is creative and delicious! The space is small, but it has an intimate setting and accommodating staff. I would definitely suggest this for a romantic date night.
First visit, parking on street after 6 & free in the shopping plaza a few steps away.Well lit and off of the Whyte Avenue scene Small & tasteful! 12 seats at tables.approximately7-9 bar seats. Warm ambience, well stocked & accented bar. With out question the best Vodka Gimlet both shaken and on a single rock I have had in a long time. Prosecco by the glass particularly light and flavourful/ diamond bubble. Fig appetizer is amazing in texture, taste and flavour. Meat and cheeses with Foccaccia/ample, high quality, many choices and fresh. So, no negatives which is a reason to share as it's not my usual. As a mature woman I can see going here for a quiet drink and relaxing by mystlf( not an easy find). Cheers,🥂
Great looking spot small and intimate with a cool design. Food items we tried: Marinade smoked olives, mustard greens and pickled tomato salad, baked Brie, Seared Sable fish, Focaccia with fromage blanc & Le Bouclier. Olives had no marinade just warmed wit olive oil. Tomato salad was great just not necessary to cover the salad in micro greens. Baked Brie was delicious. Focaccia was baked too long and overly crunchy/ cut too thin. Fromage blanc was dull not fluffy, Le bouclier was great with a decent portion. Seared Sable fish was undercooked the dish clashed in flavour. Service was excellent and timely with friendly banter. I'd come back for wine and cheese.
Delightful evening at this stylish wine bar. Small venue, best for couples or small groups. Not for full meals - small plates and selections for cheese and charcuterie trays. Very friendly and knowledgeable host and server.

From walking into the door, and being greeted by the loveliest host - to the mouth watering dishes - this place was an absolute gem to find. Totally recommend this spot for a cute date night!
Amazing food and great flight of wines. The food really exceeded my expectations. Would definitely come again!
Such an amazing experience at Coterie! The ambiance was impeccable, like walking into a 1920s speakeasy. And the food was just delightful. Chef Earl's dishes are gorgeous and delicious! I'm so glad I went with a big group so that we could try a little bit of everything. The beef tartare was my favourite! Can't wait to share this gem with more of my family and friends.
From the moment we sat down, our server Kourtney made the night. She was friendly, attentive, and had that perfect mix of professionalism and personality that makes you feel right at home. The food was incredible — every dish came out perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. You can tell there’s real care and creativity behind the menu.
If you’re looking for a spot in Edmonton that nails food, drinks, and service, Coterie is it. Huge shoutout to Kourtney for making the night stellar — we’ll definitely be back. Make sure to pair cheezies with the Bordeaux - thank me later
10/10.
