I've been here a decent amount of times and it can be really hit or miss. I've walked in an hour before close and been told they can't serve me because they are closing early. When it is good the food is amazing and you get a lot of chicken, the food is full of flavour. However last visit I did discover a hair about 6 inches with a root and wavy right in the middle of the chicken box attached to a bit of chicken so how strict they are on hygiene procedures could be questionable

It wasn't the best experience at this place. They do have a delicious food, but the service we got was the worst. Need to ask for water, rang the bell to order but no service at all. Never been asked how everything was. Which should be a basic customer service.
Me and my friends will never eat in. If we need to, will order takeout.

Pretty good food overall. The fried chicken and Jogae Tang are highlights. We didn't really care for the corn cheese as the sweetness was something we weren't used to. Service is friendly. If there is a caveat/complaint, it is that the booths were quite cramped and uncomfortable. The music could also be a bit less loud.

I ordered the Thursday Chicken Special – 20pc drumsticks. The flavor was really good, and I was happy with the taste overall. However, when I received my order, I was confused at first and thought I got the wrong item because all the pieces were ‘drumettes’ instead of actual drumsticks. It would be great if the description matched what was delivered more accurately. Those 2 parts are completely different.

REALLLLYY CRISPYY AND CRONCHYYY FRIED CHICKEN! Their dumplings are also a must try. I wish they were opened later at night for cravings.
