Would be really nice if notes on order were taken into consideration, everything that I hated flavor wise was the one given.. what’s the point of putting notes on order. Where’s the above and beyond experience? Is that experience only offered to walk ins order?

Ordered 12 mini cupcakes today. It's been a year or more since I ordered the mini's. The mini cupcakes are significantly smaller than they used to be. They are now mini mini cupcakes. They were good but not worth the price anymore. The grocery store mini cupcakes are bigger. The icing makes them look normal size until you pull it out and it's half the size it should be.

Update: went in there again and ordered a box of cupcakes. Definitely worthwhile the drive to downtown. Very delicious and fresh cupcakes. Would recommend trying them out.
We tried the lemon and red velvet cupcakes. The icing was good but the cupcakes themselves were definitely not fresh. Really disappointed with the cupcakes considering i heard so many good things about this place. Overall a no go for me..

This cake was the best cake I ever had. I got a disco ball themed vanilla cake and it was a hit! My only recommendation is that I never got a phone call letting me know the cake was ready for pickup/ there is no tracking system on the website. Besides that, I will be back for some amazing cake!

LOVE their cupcakes. However we showed up 25mins BEFORE closing time and the lady at the door flipped the sign as we were walking up. I would understand if they were at least sold out she would open the door to let me know but I waited and tried to wave at the employee and she just looked at me then looked away and continued her close.

I was excited to bring my little ones here after my workplace made a huge order and we got to sample many different flavors. They were so good - at work. Today I picked out 4 different ones and a few cookies. To say I was disappointed and disgusted was an understatement. The one chocolate cupcake we got was stale and dry, clearly should have been thrown out two days ago. I had already left the area otherwise I would definitely be demanding an exchange. To think the young lady looked in me in the face as she handed this rip off to me. The other 3 were normal. For the ridiculous amount of money they are charging per cupcake expected fresh cupcakes. I do not recommend this cupcake place and I will never be returning.
Also the cookies were terrible - all sugar, no no flavor.

My husband ordered me a cake for my birthday and I was super excited for it, but when I opened the box I was less than impressed. It didn’t look anything like the photo and neither did the colors. Then I tried it and the icing was super sweet and the cake was super dry. Definitely wouldn’t get a cake here again. Very disappointed.
