A few staff could be friendlier.
I tried the (4) #plantbased #vegan options and they were delicious, both, cookies & cupcakes

The service was excellent, and the shop’s charming atmosphere made me think about opening my own café! The chocolate sponge cake was delicious, but the buttercream was overly sweet. I usually enjoy sweet treats, but it felt like they added extra sugar to achieve the desired thickness, even though there are other ways to do it. For the price, the lack of filling, like fresh fruit, makes it tempting to bake my own cake instead. I might try their cupcakes, but I’ll hold off on the cake for now. I hope they continue to improve!

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our cake this time. I usually don't do reviews but this cake was absolutely awful. It was so sweet we couldn't eat it. Even the three kids were unable to eat the icing. I personally love sweet stuff and I couldn't finish it either (which was incredibly disappointing as it was my birthday cake). We've ordered from here before and we loved the chocolate mint cake so this time we decided to go with the alpaca cake because it's so cute (and they did an excellent job on the decorating). Unfortunately it just doesn't taste good which was so sad.

Always a wonderful experience when I pop into Crave! Usually don’t love icing, but theirs is top notch. Not too sweet, nice & light. The minis are great, too! Nice way to try different flavours
My top fav treats:
1) Loved their lavender cupcakes in April. Hoping they come back ??????
2) vanilla cupcake with strawberry icing
3) birthday cake sandwich cookies
4) lemon cupcakes
5) coconut cupcakes

I ordered online for the first time because it is "easier and more convenient" however I learned that it is a limited menu & I was not able to enjoy a bulk discount for ordering in multiples of 6 & 12. I was also offered a discount to order online but this was not honored when I got to the checkout. I was charged for each cupcake individually which increased my bill exponentially. I later learned when I went to pick up my order that if I had ordered in person I would have been given the bulk discount. I was told that my request to be compensated for the difference in price would be reviewed & a manager would get back to me. This has not happened. My order was over $100. So with that I'm not impressed. I will be looking for another cupcake store option.

I’ve been going to Crave for years and they are usually pretty good. I’ve been a little disappointed by how dry the cupcakes were, the last couple times I’ve been in there. Especially the vanilla cake variety. The chocolate always seems to be fresh though.

Although very expensive, the quality is always high and selection good. I'm never disappointed. Packaging is beyond quality to ensure that the product reaches it's destination in perfect condition. This alone helps warrant the price.

Bought a Va Va vanilla birthday cake and was beyond disappointed!! Dry cake with hard frosting that was hard to swallow! This was supposed to be my birthday treat and I was very upset I asked for a crave cake.. should've picked Costco would've been 10000 better! Never again!

They have so cute colorful cupcakes I tried four flavors Crave-o-licious strawberry chocolate ?red velvet ?mint chip. I like strawberry chocolate and mint chip!! I like the chocolate cake with good sweet strawberry cream. If you are mint chocolate lover, I recommend mint chip. Other two, I couldn’t taste the flavor. However cookies are not good. I tried cream cheese chocolate cookie, but it was not even creamy and doesn’t taste anything. A woman was enough kind to recommend me about the flavor!!
