Food was good, good atmosphere overall, the service was subpar. I asked the waiter for the price of a drink, he scoffed and said its in the drink menu (they only had prices listed for "happy hour", which the time was not) after a few minutes, tried waving him over to order a drink he walked right past me, i tried again to get his attention to order a drink and he walked right past me again, i finally decided to go up to the bar and order the drink. It was an older waiter, he was just completely rude, it ruined the experience, especially considering how much the meal was to begin with. Will not be back.

Great location. Excellent staff. Great room . Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Other than that the only hic cups were a problematic machine at the front desk that didn't like my credit card which was simply rectified by using the other machine, and their initial attempt to turn away my girlfriend when she arrived to join me.

Loved the Sawridge. It was right next door to Gemini bridal where we were going to get my daughter a grad dress. The staff made us feel safe. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable.I slept very well and I don’t usually don’t sleep well in a different place. It was awesome. And I will for sure stay there again. I love shopping at south Common so this is the perfect place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location near major roadways and restaurants. When I had an issue with something in my room they fixed the situation immediately and thanked me for bringing it to their attention.

Even though I know they upgraded some floors we were yet again allocated a room that desperate needs updating and cleaning the sofa. And we picked the Sawridge because of the location to two different and stressful doctor appointments and upgraded to a suite so we would have the space needed to make the stay more comfortable. Was very disappointed. Will rethink about staying there again .

Good location, just off the White Mud freeway, close proximity to Edmonton South Common, also easy access to Gateway boulevard to take you to White Ave. or the down town Edmonton area. The West Edmonton Mall is easily accessed from the White Mud as well.

Krista was our server and she was so helpful and accomodating! We sat by the fireplace and enjoyed a generous helping of fish and chips. We also had the dessert, yummy sticky toffee pudding. I was staying in the hotel so I had my supper there the second night also.

Had a business meeting here and overall really pleased with this place. The atmosphere is quiet enough for a business meeting, yet romantic enough if you want to have a date night. My colleague had the fish and chips and it was a very generous dish. I had the chicken club burger, the flavor was great, it even had deep fried pickles in it. The server was friendly and attentive. The only downside is that the train runs just outside the restaurant and when it passes you can feel the building shake.
